固定义齿的方法1.基牙牙体制备参照牙体缺损修复,按固位体的类型进行牙体制备时,要求所有基牙相应轴面彼此平行,无倒凹或略向?方或切端聚合2o-5o,以取得各固位体的共同就位道,同时应注意增强固位体的固位力。
2.印模及灌模要求印模必须准确、完整、清晰。
锤造固定桥常规使用弹性印模材料取印模,普通石膏灌注成模型。
若为铸造固定桥和金属烤瓷桥,则都采用双层硅橡胶印模法取全牙列印模,用硬石膏灌模,然后用代模针形成可撤式模型。
3.固位体制作参考牙体缺损修复的制作。
4.固位体试?取集合模将初步磨光的固位体分别在各基牙上试合,要求固位体能正确就也与基牙颈部密合,边缘伸展合适,邻接关系良好,咬合协调,无翘动,固位良好的情况下,可取集合模。
但应注意固位体在印模中的位置必须正确。
倒模后,根据蜡记录上哈架。
5.金属桥体的制作金属桥体应有一定的机械强度,以承受较大咬合力。
6.连接体形成固定桥均采用固定连接体,有焊接法和整体铸造法两种,如锤造固定桥可采用焊接法,应先形成焊接模,用焊金焊接成整体。
若铸造固定桥和金属烤瓷桥则为整体铸造法,可在工作模上先做好固位体与桥体金属部分的蜡型,使有正确的接触关系,修整后,取下蜡型,然后进行包埋、铸造,经初步磨光后,即可试。
7.试桥架桥架就位时,不可强行戴入,应仔细检查,加以分析处理。
8、桥体非金属部分制作桥体非金属一般采用塑料恢复桥体外形,如为铸造固定桥亦可采用硬质树脂或熔附烤瓷。
9.固定义齿试?粘固固定义齿试?时,主要检查桥体非金属部分是否符合要求,如有问题加以处理后,即可进行磨光、粘固。
而金属烤瓷桥在上触前试?,进行外形修整和调?后,再上釉粘固。
10医嘱嘱患者粘固后2h内禁食,24h内不用固定桥咀嚼硬性食物,必要时预约复查一次。
