普通高中法语课程与义务教育阶段课程相衔接，是中学外语课程的重要组成部分，是在高中教育阶段贯彻党的教育方针、落实立德树人根本任务、培养学生社会主义核心价值观的重要载体。

普通高中法语课程强调对学生语言能力、思维品质、文化意识和学习能力的综合培养，具有工具性和人文性融合统一的特点。

课程内容包括法语语言基础知识、法语国家与地区概况以及对中法文化异同的分析和比较，能够培养学生缜密的思维习惯、优良的文化素养和开放的文化意识，帮助其更为细致地观察自然和社会，增强文化理解力和民族自信心，实现跨文化沟通和交流，树立兼容并蓄的多元文化观。

│一、课程性质与基本理念│普通高中法语课程将为学生今后的大学学业、职业发展和社会生活提供更多的机会，为他们更好地适应世界多极化、经济全球化和社会信息化奠定基础。

（二）基本理念1. 坚持立德树人，培养核心素养普通高中法语课程应充分体现社会主义核心价值观，落实立德树人根本任务，以学生发展为本，以培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人为目标，在语言、思维、文化和学习四个方面帮助学生发展法语学科核心素养。

2. 促进学生多元发展，合理规划各类课程采取必修、选择性必修和选修课程相结合的模式，对普通高中法语课程整体规划。

《法语2》课程标准课程名称：法语2课程类别：专业学习领域适用专业：文化创意与策划（奢侈品营销与管理）学时：64学分：4先修课程：《法语1》后修课程：无一、课程性质1、课程性质：该课程为文化创意与策划专业奢侈品管理与营销方向一门必修的专业学习领域课程，是奢侈品管理营销人员的重要工作技能。

通过本课程学习，其主要目的在于使学生掌握奢侈品营销与管理领域的基础常用各类词汇和接待服务的法语特定表达方式，具有听、说、读、写的基本技能和奢侈品行业主要部门的服务交际能力，并具备一定的后续自学能力，此外，学习与法国相关的的文化、历史、经济概况，提高对于中法文化差异的认识。

二、课程设计思路1、以职业活动为导向，围绕职业功能与综合职业能力，创建“知识、技能、素质”的课程教学内容。

通过对奢侈品营销管理人员职业岗位或岗位群所需要的职业能力分析，确定岗位所需知识、技能、态度，进而组织课程内容。

使学生能够掌握奢侈品营销与管理领域的基础常用各类词汇和接待服务的法语特定表达方式,应用法语进行工作客户交流与奢侈品企业的宣传,并养成自学习惯，逐步提高语言学习的能力、表达能力、客户沟通能力，以及认真负责的工作态度和一丝不苟的工作作风。

实现高职教育特色的“专业知识、岗位技能、职业素质”的培养目标，体现了“三以一化”（以能力为本位、以职业功能为主线、以任务为结点、模块化）的专业课程改革思想。

2、遵循“以应用为目的”和“以必需够用为度”的原则，课堂教学内容设计得当，做到重点突出。

首先给与学生基础法语的的学习内容，再进一步培养学生的法语思维能力，侧重训练学生运用法语解决实际业务问题的能力，了解奢侈品行业的法语使用特点，扩充词汇量和熟悉法语常用句型，实现语言能力在专业领域的运用。

3、创建以能力评价为目标、以单元课业评价为基础的评价体系。

把课业评价“嵌入”到整个教学过程，建立过程性考核评价体系，并对每一项任务设计一张评价表。

课业评价采用“学生、小组、教师”三方面相结合的评价方法，从知识、专业能力、核心能力、职业素养等多个方面进行综合评价。

北京市从2019年秋季高一年级起，实施教育部《普通高中课程方案和语文等学科课程标准(2017年版)》(以下简称新课程)，使用按照新课程标准编写修订后的各学科教材(以下简称新教材)。

为落实全国和北京市教育大会精神，统筹做好新课程新教材实施工作，有序推进全市普通高中课程改革，现结合实际提出以下意见。

一、指导思想坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入贯彻党的十九大和十九届二中、三中全会精神，全面贯彻党的教育方针，落实立德树人根本任务，发展素质教育，立足首都城市战略定位，统筹推进普通高中课程改革、高考综合改革和普通高中多样化发展，充分发挥课程在学校育人中的核心作用，促进课程、教材、教学、考试、评价、招生等有机衔接，全面落实新课程新教材的理念和要求，切实提高育人水平，培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。

二、基本原则(一)育人为本结合我市实际，全面落实新课程要求，遵循教育规律和学生成长规律，围绕立德树人根本任务，把科学的质量观落实到教育教学全过程，打牢学生成长的共同基础，满足学生不同学习需要，进一步提高学生综合素质，发展学生核心素养。

(二)分类指导坚持加强市级统筹、强化区级保障、学校具体实施，充分考虑不同区域、学校办学条件和教育教学实际，尊重学生发展需求，指导各区各校找准深化课程改革和高考综合改革的有机衔接路径，保障每一所普通高中都顺利推进改革并取得实效。

普通高中附录2 词汇表说明：1.本词汇表共收3000个单词，含义务教育阶段要求掌握的1500个单词。

高中英语必修课程应学习和掌握500个单词（表中加有一个*号），累计达2000。

选择性必修课程应学习和掌握1000个单词（表中加有两个*号），累计达3000。

各地可根据实际情况在本词汇表所收词的基础上，再选择增加200个单词。

2.本词汇表采用英式英语拼写形式，常见的美式拼写形式和其他拼写形式用括号加注。

3.本着在具体语境中学习和使用单词的原则，本词汇表不标注单词的词性和中文释义。

4.本词汇表不列词组和短语。

5.本词汇表不列语法术语。

解读02 新版课程标准总体分析2017年版（以下统称为“新版”）普通高中课程标准立足本国特色，着眼于国际视野，顺应新时期的需求，较之2013年版（以下统称为“旧版”）的课程标准有了几点鲜明的变化：（一）突出文化教育的重要地位突出文化教育的重要地位是本次课标修改的重点之一，不仅在语文课标里提出来了，还要求其他学科结合自身特点，丰富充实加强中华优秀传统文化教育的相关内容。

语文新课标指出，抓住语文课程对继承和弘扬文化、培养文化自信、推动文化创新发展的优势，加强学生对中华优秀统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化的深入学习和思考，形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，从而充分发挥语文课程的育人功能，达到立德树人，增强文化自信的目标。

（二）凝练语文学科核心素养新版课标在旧版课标的语文素养的基础上，进一步凝练出了语文学科核心素养。

新课标明确指出，语文学科核心素养是语文学科核心素养是学生在积极的语言实践活动中积累与构建起来，并在真实的语言运用情境中表现出来的语言能力及其品质；是学生在语文学习中获得的语言知识与语言能力，思维方法与思维品质，情感、态度与价值观的综合体现。

新版课标把语文学科核心素养凝练、整合成四个方面：语言建构与运用、思维发展与提升、审美鉴赏与创造、文化传承与理解。

这四者不是独立的存在，它们之间是相互联系的。

其中，语言建构与运用是语文学科所特有的，也是其他三项的基础。

新课标指出，语言是重要的交际工具，也是重要的思维工具；语言文字是文化的载体，又是文化的重要组成部分，学习语言文字的过程也是文化获得的过程；语言文字作品是人类重要的审美对象，语文学习也是学生审美能力和审美品质发展的重要途径；语言建构与运用是语文学科核心素养的基础，在语文课程中，学生的思维发展与提升、审美鉴赏与创造、文化传承与理解，都是以语言的建构与运用为基础，并在学生个体言语经验发展过程中得以实现的。

（三）建构学习任务群学习任务群是本次课标修订的一个亮点，也是组织课程的综合方法。
