介词专题讲解【掌握要点】1.常用介词的主要用法(表示时间、地点、空间位置的介词的用法)2.介词的固定搭配3.常用几组介词的辨析一、定义:介词是一种用来表示词与词, 句与句之间关系的词。
是一种虚词。
在句中不能单独作句子成分。
介词后面一般有名词、代词或相当于名词的其他词类,短语或从句作它的宾语。
介词和它的宾语构成介词词组,在句中作状语,表语,补语或介词宾语。
二、介词分类按结构介词可分为3类:1.简单介词(约有70个),如:in,at,on,by,with,down,for,beside,along,across等。
2.分词介词(约15个)如:during,following,considering,according。
3.复合介词(约有500个)如:out of,look after, in front of,because of,按意义英语介词可分为4类:1. 时间介词,如:at, on, in, during, over, from, for, until等。
2. 地点介词, 如:at, on, in, across, to, over, between, inside, outside等。
3 运动介词:如:along ,across through4. 其它介词,如:by, with, about, except, instead of,等※(一)、表示时间的介词:1)in , on,at 在……时in表示较长时间,如世纪、朝代、时代、年、季节、月及一般(非特指)的早、中、晚等。
如in the 20th century, in the 1950s, in 1989, in summer, in January, in the morning, in the night, in one’s life , in one’s thirties等。
on表示具体某一天及其某一天的早、中、晚。
如on May 1st, on Monday, on New Year’s Day, on a cold night in January, on a fine morning, on Sunday afternoon等。

介词介词是用于名词、名词词组或相当于名词词组的结构之前,表示词语之间意义关系的词类。
介词能和不同的词语搭配,表示不同的意义。
按照其结构,可大致将其划分为三类:简单介词、双重介词和短语介词。
介词和介词短语一起构成的短语在句子中可作表语、状语、定语、补语等。
而按照其在句子中的语义关系,可表示时间、原因、方式、让步、条件、对比、伴随、地点、目的等。
介词虽然是虚词,但仍然值得学习,英语之所以丰富、灵活,与其多变的介词使用不无关系,学生在专四备考的过程中,也应该注意到这一考点。
