七年级下册冀教版英语第二单元作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1Unit 2 - The City Mouse and the Country MouseHi there! My name is Lin Lin and I'm a 7th grader. Today I want to tell you about the story "The City Mouse and the Country Mouse" that we read in our English textbook. It's a super interesting fable with a good lesson at the end.The story starts off with two mice cousins - one lives in the city and one lives out in the countryside. The city mouse, whose name is Carlos, decides to pay a visit to his cousin Jenni who stays in a cozy little hole in the woods. When Carlos arrives, Jenni is so excited to see him! She warmly welcomes Carlos into her humble home and prepares him a nice dinner with some grains, nuts, and corn. Carlos takes one look at the simple meal and turns up his nose. He can't believe this is what Jenni eats every day in the country!Carlos tells Jenni "You poor thing, living out here in the middle of nowhere with nothing but this boring food. Why don'tyou come back to the city with me? The food there is amazing!" Jenni is a little hesitant at first, but her cousin's descriptions of the delicious city dishes like fresh baked bread and sweet pastries make her mouth water. She decides to go check it out.The two mice scamper back to Carlos' house in the city. As soon as they arrive, delightful smells are wafting through the air. Carlos leads Jenni to a luxurious feast of cheese, biscuits, cakes and more laid out on a table. Jenni can't believe her eyes - she has never seen such fancy foods before! The cousins nibble away happily. But then, all of a sudden, there is a huge BANG as the kitchen door flies open! A big dog comes bounding in, barking loudly. Carlos and Jenni are terrified and immediately take off running as fast as they can. They barely escape being stepped on by the homeowners who are yelling and trying to chase the dog out of the kitchen.Once they make it back to Carlos' mousehole, panting heavily, Jenni turns to him and says "Your city life is much too scary and dangerous for me. I have everything I need back in my simple home in the country - fresh air, peace and quiet. I'd rather eat a basic meal and live in safety than constantly be frightened like this!"Carlos has to admit that his cousin makes a good point. He decides that the country lifestyle actually isn't so bad after all. The fable teaches that it's better to live a simple, peaceful life than to have lots of luxuries but also dangers and fears.I really enjoyed reading this story because it shows how different people can be happy with very different lifestyles. Some might like big cities with lots of excitement, while others prefer the calm countryside. As long as you are content with what you have, that's what really matters most! The end of the unit also had some practice using phrases like "would rather" and "I'd prefer." Those helped me understand the mice's choices between the city or country life. Overall, I thought this was a fun fable that taught an important lesson about being satisfied with a simple life. I'm glad I got to learn some good vocabulary and expressions from it too!篇2Unit 2: A Green LifeHey guys! Our English teacher asked us to write an essay about Unit 2 in our textbooks. It's all about living an eco-friendly life and taking care of the environment. I think this is a really important topic, so I'll do my best to share what I've learned! The unit starts by talking about climate change and how human activities like burning fossil fuels, deforestation, and pollution are damaging the planet. It's pretty scary stuff - the Earth is getting warmer, sea levels are rising, extreme weather is becoming more common, and lots of animals are going extinct. But it's not too late to fix things if we act now!One of the big things we can do is reduce our carbon footprint. That just means cutting down on the greenhouse gases we produce from driving, flying, using too much electricity, and other daily activities. Some easy tips are to walk, bike, or take public transportation instead of driving, turn off lights and electronics when not in use, and eat less meat since cows create a lot of methane gas.We can also conserve resources by reducing, reusing, and recycling. Reduce means cutting down on the amount of stuff we buy and use - like not wasting food, water, or energy. Reuse is about finding new ways to use things instead of throwing them out - like using plastic bags as trash can liners or giving old clothes and toys to others. And recycling is sorting out our plastic, metal, paper and other waste so it can be turned into new products.Another way to be green is by saving energy at home. Using energy efficient light bulbs, unplugging devices when not in use, insulating our homes properly, and setting temperatures a bit higher in summer and lower in winter can save a lot of electricity and money on bills. We can also install solar panels to produce renewable energy from the sun's rays.At school, we learned about the 3 R's again - reduce, reuse and recycle. Our class has special bins to sort out different kinds of recyclables. We're also trying to cut down on food waste in the cafeteria by only taking what we can actually eat. For art projects, we're reusing materials like bottles, cans, newspapers and cardboard instead of buying new supplies. It's fun to get creative with recycled goods!Outside of school, we can protect nature by picking up litter, planting trees, gardening with organic methods, and avoiding products with harsh chemicals. My family started a little vegetable garden last year using compost from our food scraps - it's awesome to grow our own fresh, chemical-free veggies! We're also much more careful about what we throw in the trash to keep toxins out of the soil and water.I've really enjoyed learning about greener ways of living in this unit. It shows how even small, simple changes in our dailyhabits can make a huge difference for the planet when billions of people do them. Younger generations like us have to take the lead on this - the future of the Earth is in our hands! I hope all my classmates will join me in adopting a more eco-friendly lifestyle. Tthanks to this unit, we now know the many ways to reduce our environmental impact and create a healthier, more sustainable world for everyone. Let's get started today by choosing one "green" action and building new habits from there!篇3My English Class and Unit 2Hi there! My name is Xiaoming and I'm in 7th grade. I want to tell you all about my English class and the second unit we just finished called "A Balanced Life". English is one of my favorite classes because I love learning about different cultures and how to communicate with people from around the world. Our teacher, Miss Wang, is really nice and makes the lessons fun. At the start of this unit, she showed us pictures of people doing different activities like playing sports, reading books, cooking food, and more. She asked us what we thought it meant to have a balanced life. I raised my hand and said I thought itmeant doing different kinds of activities and not just one thing all the time. Yay, I got it right! Then Miss Wang had us listen to a dialogue about two students, Lily and Tom, talking about their schedules and activities. Lily was really busy with lots of after-school activities like music lessons, tennis practice, and Chinese calligraphy class. Tom didn't have as many activities scheduled. He spent a lot of time just hanging out and playing video games. We had to answer comprehension questions about what kind of lifestyle each character had.Next, we learned vocabulary related to different activities, lifestyle choices, and time management words like "procrastinate", "pursue", and "prioritize". I really liked the activities where we got to act out the vocabulary words and gestures. It's much easier to remember words that way! We also read a short passage about the importance of balancing different aspects of life - work, study, hobbies, exercise, spending time with family and friends. The main idea was that if you focus too much on just one area, the other parts of your life might suffer. In the grammar section, we studied how to use adverbs of frequency like "always", "usually", "sometimes", and "never". Wedid substitution drills and wrote our own sentences using the adverbs. Groan...grammar can be a little dry sometimes but I know it's important. My favorite part was when we had to do a small group discussion on whether we felt our own lives were balanced or not.I talked about how I have soccer practice a few times a week, but I also spend a lot of time playing video games with my friends online. I said I should probably study more and spend less time on games, but it's hard! One of my group members said she was taking too many after-school classes like piano, art, and Chinese dance. She felt really stressed and wished she had more free time. It was interesting to hear about everyone's different situations. For the writing task, we had to write a short essay about our daily routine and analyze whether we have a balanced lifestyle or not. We also had to make suggestions for how we could improve and make our lives more balanced if needed. I wrote about my typical day - I wake up, go to school, have soccer practice, come home and do homework, play video games, have dinner with my family, and go to bed. On weekends, I spend a lot of time gaming online with friends. I wrote that overall, I'm not too unbalanced but I need to spend less time gaming and more time on schoolwork. I suggested doing homework right after school, limiting gaming time, and making sure to get regular exercise. Writing out a plan should help me actually follow through! That's a quick overview of what we learned in Unit 2 on having a balanced lifestyle. It was really eye-opening and made me think more about how I spend my time. I realize now that I can't totally avoid schoolwork (boo!) but I also need to make sure I have fun and relax sometimes too. Finding that balance is key to being healthy and successful. I'm lucky that Miss Wang makes learning about this stuff so engaging and relevant to our lives as middle schoolers. What did you think of my essay? Getting writing practice for long-form essays like this is great preparation for the tests we have to take. I hope I get a good score! Let me know if you have any other questions about my English class. Study hard but also remember to take breaks - that balanced life lesson applies to you too! Thanks for reading, gotta run, time to lace up for soccer practice. Bye!篇4Unit 2: My Unique FamilyHi everyone! My name is Lin Lin and I'm a 7th grader at Shijiazhuang No. 3 Middle School. For this unit on family, I wantto tell you all about my super unique family. We're definitely not like other families!First, let me introduce my parents. My dad's name is Wang Jia and he's 45 years old. He works such a cool job - he's a zookeeper at the Shijiazhuang Zoo! Can you believe how awesome that is? Every day he gets to go take care of all the amazing animals like lions, tigers, elephants and monkeys. Sometimes he even lets me come with him on weekends and I get to see everything up close. It's the best!My mom is named Chen Mei and she's 43. She has a really interesting job too - she's a tattoo artist! Her tattoo shop is right downtown. She's incredible at drawing these super detailed, colorful designs on people's arms, legs, backs and everywhere else. I love going to hang out at her shop and watch her work. She lets me practice on orange peels sometimes! Her dream is to get hired to do the tattoos for a famous rapper one day.Next, I have to tell you about my siblings because they are definitely the most unique part of my family. I'm the youngest of six kids! Can you imagine having five older brothers and sisters? Our house is always total chaos and madness. First, there are the triplets - my brothers Xiao, Xian and Xiang who are 18 years old. Xiao loves boxing and always practices his punches on Xiang.Xiang is obsessed with computer games and coding. Xian is crazy about pottery and sculpting - he's always making these weird clay figures of monsters and aliens. Then there are my older sisters, Hua and Mei. Hua is 16 and her passion is fashion design. She's constantly designing new dresses and outfits, using me and my sisters as her models to showcase her creations. She even studied sewing so she could make her own clothes! Mei is 14 and a total brainiac. She apparently has a genius-level IQ and is amazing at every subject in school, especially math and science. She wants to become an astrophysicist and discover new galaxies one day. With such a huge, wild family, you can imagine that our house is absolutely insane! There's never a calm, quiet moment. We've got boxing matches, pottery wheels, coding competitions, fashion runways and science experiments happening all at the same time, every day. My parents are always yelling to try and restore some order, but it never works! Our meals are also completely crazy. We have to prepare huge feasts to feed nine people three times per day. And with everyone's different dietary needs and preferences, it's impossible to make one meal that everyone likes. My triplet brothers are obsessed with protein so they need tons of meat.Hua is a vegetarian for ethical reasons, so she needs her own separate veggie dishes. Mei has about 20 different food allergies so we have to be so careful about what ingredients go into her plate. It's madness! Then there are our family holidays and vacations, which are some of the craziest times of all! Whenever we all get together for Spring Festival, National Day or a summer trip, you can be sure that total pandemonium will break loose. There's always silly string, water balloon and silly fights breaking out between the brothers. The sisters get into fashion shows and makeover battles. My parents just cross their arms in defeat, knowing there's nothing they can do to control the chaos. But you know what? For as insane, loud and crazy as my family is, I wouldn't want it any other way! Sure, we're unique and different from other "normal" families. But that's what makes us so special and amazing. We're the Wangs, and we're proud to be our beautifully bizarre selves.I love my zookeeper dad getting to work with wild animals every day. I love my tattoo artist mom creating amazing body art masterpieces. I love my boxer brother, my computer wiz brother, my sculptor brother, my fashionista sister and my genius sister. We're all pursuing our own unique passions and talents, and my parents fully support and encourage each of us to be ourselves. At the end of the day, that's what really matters in a family - letting everyone feel comfortable and free to embrace their true, authentic selves without judgment. As long as we're there for each other, pushing each other to chase our dreams, and loving each other unconditionally, then our family is perfect just the way it is - organized chaos and all!So yeah, we Wangs are definitely an unusual, one-of-a-kind bunch. But I'm proud of my unique family and all our beautiful weirdness. Thanks for reading my essay and letting me share a little bit about the crazies I call my family!篇5My Favorite Unit in English ClassHi everyone! I'm so excited to tell you all about my favorite unit that we just finished in English class. It's called "Living with Nature" and it was super interesting and fun. Let me explain why I liked it so much!First of all, the readings were really cool. We read stories and articles about things like rainforests, endangered animals, EarthDay, and how to protect the environment. My favorite reading was the one about a kid who went on a rainforest adventure and saw all these amazing creatures like toucans, sloths, and jaguars. The descriptions made me feel like I was really there in the steamy jungle! I could picture the tall trees covered in vines, the colorful birds flitting between the branches, and the rushing river winding through the forest. It sounded like such an awesome place.I also loved learning about Earth Day and all the different ways we can help take care of our planet. Like, did you know that if every family replaced just one light bulb with an energy efficient one, it would save tons of energy and prevent pollution? Simple changes can make a big difference! The article inspired me to be more "green" - I've started turning off lights when I leave a room, recycling more, and trying to use less plastic. My parents were really proud when I told them I wanted our family to reduce our environmental footprint. In addition to the cool readings, we did lots of fun activities and projects for this unit too. We had to research an endangered species and create a poster about threats it faces and how to protect it. I chose the giant panda because they're just so cute and cuddly looking. But it was really sad to learn how few are leftin the wild because of deforestation and habitat loss. For the poster, I drew a big panda sitting amongst bamboo stalks and listed facts like their diet, behaviors, and why their numbers have declined so much. I tried to be creative and make it eye-catching so people would want to learn more about helping these amazing bears.Another activity I really enjoyed was when we did debates about environmental issues. Our class split into two teams and each side had to argue for or against a particular topic. The debates got pretty heated as people passionately defended their positions! My team had to argue in favor of banning single-use plastics like straws, bags, bottles, etc. It was hard to think of good points at first, but once we did our research, we realized how much sense it makes to cut back on plastics that get thrown out after one use. So much plastic ends up polluting the oceans and harming marine life. I don't think I fully convinced my best friend to stop using plastic straws, but at least I planted a seed of awareness in her mind!Doing all these hands-on projects and debates really made the unit concepts stick in my brain way more than just reading from a textbook. Like, I actually understand why the rainforest is so important for the planet now, and I want to do my part toprotect it. I feel inspired to live a moreenvironmentally-conscious lifestyle. Little things like turning off the tap while I brush my teeth, unplugging electronics when I'm not using them, and packing trash-free lunches can make a difference. Every positive action counts! What I've learned has also made me appreciate nature more. Last weekend, my family went on a hike and I paid way more attention to our surroundings than I normally would have. I noticed things like the variety of trees and plants, the different bird calls, and how fresh the air smelled. I tried to imagine how it must have looked before any deforestation or development happened. It made me feel really connected to the natural world in a way I haven't experienced before. So yeah, this unit on the environment and living sustainably with nature was definitely my favorite so far in English class this year! The topics were interesting and relevant, the activities were fun and creative, and I came away feeling more knowledgeable and inspired to do my part. I just hope I can hang on to this motivation and turn it into lifelong habits of conservation. Protecting our beautiful planet is something we all need to make a priority. Thanks for reading about my favorite unit - I'll chat with you again soon!篇6Unit 2 - A Bright FutureHi everyone! My name is Lin Lin and I'm a 7th grade student. Today I want to tell you all about what we've been learning in Unit 2 of our English textbook. It's been really interesting and I've learned so much! The unit is called "A Bright Future" and it's all about different jobs and careers. We started by learning lots of new vocabulary words related to occupations. Some of the jobs we learned about were doctor, teacher, engineer, chef, artist, and athlete. My favorite new word was "astronaut" - how cool would it be to travel into space? After learning the vocabulary, we read some really neat dialogues and passages. There was one about a boy named Jack who wanted to be a scientist when he grew up. He loved doing experiments and finding out how things work. I thought that was really cool because I like science too, especially biology. Learning about plants and animals is fascinating!Another dialogue was about Jack's friend Amy. She wasn't sure what career she wanted, but she knew she loved art, music, and being creative. Amy's mom suggested she could be an artist, musician, or work in design or advertising when she's older. There are so many possibilities for creative people these days!We also read about some famous people and their careers. One was Marie Curie, the first woman to win a Nobel Prize. She made amazing discoveries in science, even though women weren't really encouraged to do that kind of work back then. Another famous person was Michael Phelps, the American swimmer who won a bunch of Olympic gold medals. It was motivating to learn how hard he trained to become the best in his sport. In class, we had some fun activities to practice what we learned. We played a guessing game where we had to describe a job without saying the name, and our partners tried to guess what it was. We also did roleplays where we pretended to interview each other about our dream careers. I practiced being a veterinarian! The topic I found most interesting though was how careers are changing because of technology. Apparently, there are jobs now that didn't even exist 20 years ago, like app developer, social media manager, and drone operator. And some jobs that were really common before are disappearing, like toll collectorand travel agent, because of new inventions. It's crazy how quickly things can change! My teacher also talked about skills that will be really important in the future job market. Things like creativity, problem-solving, technology skills, and being able to adapt to changes. It made me realize how important it is to study hard and keep learning, so I can develop those abilities.Overall, this unit has gotten me really excited to think about my future career. At first, I didn't have any idea what I wanted to do when I grow up. But now I'm considering a few different options that I find interesting, like marine biology, computer programming, or maybe even starting my own business someday. The possibilities seem endless. One thing I know for sure - I want to choose a career that I'm really passionate about, not just something to make money. Life is too short not to do something you love! I also hope to find work that lets me help others and make a positive difference in the world. Those arethings that are important to me.I still have a long way to go before I need to decide for sure. But this unit has been great preparation, teaching me about different paths I could take. I feel more confident about preparing for my future now. Who knows what new and amazingcareers will be available by the time I graduate? I'll keep working hard and stay open to whatever opportunities come my way.Well, that's my essay all about Unit 2 and thoughts on my future career. I hope you found it interesting to get a student's perspective! Learning English is hard work, but also really fascinating. This unit especially opened my eyes to the unlimited potential we have to create our own bright futures. I can't wait to see what lies ahead!。

七下冀教英语unit2作文课English:In Unit 2 of the Grade 7 Ji English textbook, the topic for the writing class is about describing a memorable event. One memorable event that stands out for me is a family trip to the beach. We planned this trip for months, and finally, the day arrived. The excitement of waking up early, packing our things, and hitting the road together as a family still gives me chills. Once we reached the beach, the sight of the vast ocean, the sound of crashing waves, and the feeling of the sun on my skin was magical. The whole day was filled with laughter, building sandcastles, swimming in the ocean, and enjoying a picnic lunch. As the day came to an end, we watched a beautiful sunset together, creating memories that I will cherish forever. This trip taught me the importance of spending quality time with my loved ones and making memories that last a lifetime.中文翻译:在七年级冀教英语教科书的第二单元中,写作课的主题是描述一个令人难忘的事件。
