1、STULZ Minispace系列空调具有高显热比特点:通讯机房内电子设备释放出大量的显热。
Minispace针对机房特点实现0.9以上的高显热比,在机房环境下使用,相对于普通舒适性空调节省20-30%的能耗,并因此避免过度除湿和送风带雾。
2、功能强大的新一代C5000微处理控制器控制器是空调系统的核心。
在以前C1002控制器的基础上性能有了进一步的提高,技术不断更新的STULZ新一代的控制器 C5000采用先进的“模糊”控制理论作为其控制的基础,可对机房环境-温度、湿度、洁净度进行连续的24小时精密控制,并具有自学习、分析、预测、自动控制功能,是一种新型智能控制器。
1)大屏幕汉语显示,方便用户使用;2)可显示24小时温、湿度曲线,简学、清晰、明显;3)可实现对空调机组的分散独立的智能化控制;4)记录各功能部件的运行时间,如制冷、加热、加湿、除湿等;5)80条报警记录,且有断电数据保护;6)在机组出现高压或者低压警告和停机,可实现自动重启功能,停电机组也具有来电自启动功能,避免不必要的到场工作,满足无人值守的要求;7)控制板可配置标准RS485通信接口,,与 BMS 连接时无需额外的硬件支出,可接打印机;8)机房参数的三级控制:参数新型的显示监控,报警参数的设置,系统基本功能的设置。
所有参数都有断电记忆保护,并能在断电恢复后自动延时启动机组;9)精密控制:所有模块可设置成以温度为0.3℃为梯度的制冷模块,当热负荷增加时自动加载,模块可故障自停和自投、高效节能;湿度以1%RH为梯度进行设置;10)全面的自动自检测:具有自动检测并具有双控制器功能,可增加一台控制器作为监控器使用。

二、加湿器的关闭在夏季为了避免加湿器的不必要动作,故将加湿器从系统中关闭,具体操作方式如下:图一在图一的状态下选择config进入下一级菜单图二在图二的状态下选择components进入下一级菜单图三在图三的状态下选择humidity进入下一级菜单图四在图四的状态下选择加湿器进入下一级菜单在图五的状态下选按下OK将active栏中的1利用“<”或“>”修改为0即可将加湿器关闭,修改为1即为将加湿器打开。
三、常见故障及其排除1、加湿器故障。
因加湿器故障的常见原因有:上水停止、加湿器老化、加湿水质差、上水管空气较多、上水水压较低、工作2k小时复位等。
如果是停水引起的故障,故障排除办法:待上水正常后停机,在面板上连续按两下reset,断电重启后即正常。
如不是停水引起的故障请与我公司联系。
2、高压报警通常由室外机过脏引起。
排除方法:清扫室外机或冲洗室外机后,将空调主机的高压开关复位并且在面板上连续按两下reset,即可恢复正常。
如不能恢复正常请与我公司及时联系。
3、过滤器故障由于过滤网过脏引起。

一、STULZ 空调操作⒈ 开关机在关机状态,按一下红色按键开机,按键旁绿色灯亮。
在开机⒉进入菜单 在正常显示状态下,用选择键“< >”将光标移到所选菜单,按“OK ”键后输入密码,① C7000 控制器为 4 位数字密码,出厂设定为 0000。
② C5000 控制器通过选择键“< >”和确认键“OK ”输入 密码,控制菜单的密码是:“<”=左,“OK ”=确认,“>”=右 。
维护菜单的密码是:“>”=右,“OK ”= 确认,“<”=左。
前两个按键必须在时钟秒点可视时间内按下。
修改参数,通过选择键“< >”将光标移动到需修改的参数上,按“OK ”键后即可通过选择键“< >”进行修改,修改完毕按“OK ”键确认。
退出菜单需将光标移到“回上”按“OK ”键。
⒊报警复位 产生报警后,报警信息显示在屏幕上,RESET(复位)键旁的报警红灯亮,同时蜂鸣器响。
按一下复 位键“RESET ”,消除报警声音,按第二下复位键“RESET ”,报警信息清除,报警灯灭。
有 2 种报警不能直接按“RESET ”复位:⑴ 加湿器故障的复位,需要先将加湿电路板的“21、22”接线端子拔下再插上,然后再按复位键 两次。
加湿电路板位于空调内部,打开空调机右柜门即可看到。
参见加湿电路板图↑1⑵压缩机高压故障二、STULZ 空调的保养(一) 过滤网1.每个月用吸尘器清理一次过滤网(视脏污情况)。
2.每3个月更换一次过滤网(视脏污情况)。
3.清理的方法是将空调关闭,待风机完全停止运行后,打开前面板或者把过滤网移出机组,直接用吸尘器吸干净。
如更换,需将铁丝框拿下,再取下过滤网。
4. 注意事项:(1) 尽量不用水洗,以避免过滤纤维粘连,影响透气性、过滤性。
(2) 建议使用原厂产品,以保证设备高效率运行。
(二)加湿罐1. 加湿罐的工作寿命约1年(视水质和工作时间而定)。

B、从制冷结构来分有下列几种。
1、空气冷却型:室外机与室内机之间为氟里昂直接热交换,室外风机冷却,用于室内、室外机相距不超过35M,室外机低于室内机不大于5米的工作场合。
2、水冷型:室内与室外热交换为水冷型,用于室外机相距较远及高差很大的区域。
3、冷冻水型:用于有中央空调供应冷水之区域,主要目的为节能和冷水的利用。
(三)服务承诺:STULZ空调对所售出产品有终身之技术服务承诺与义务,并可同用户签订定期维修保养协议.同时可以根据用户要求对操作人员进行国内的技术培训及国外制造厂家的培训。
(四)技术规范及加工设备材料说明:1、技术规范:STULZ空调产品采用严格的国际制造标准及技术规范。
(1)电磁兼容标准:EN50091-92IEC801等;(2)安全标准:EN50091 ICE950;(3)欧洲环境标准:CE TUV/GS;2、主要生产设备均采用世界一流的成型,表面处理及调试设备。
3、主要原材料:――结构件、壳体材料采用国际流行的金属材料,物理性能及化学性能均经过严格测试。
