电火花加工技术Electrical Discharge Machining Technology 【摘要】电火花加工(Electrical Discharge Machining,简称EDM)是基于正负电极间脉冲放电时的电腐蚀现象对材料进行加工的,又称放点加工、电蚀加工、电脉冲加工等,是一种利用电、能量进行加工的方法。
电火花加工适用材料广、适用加工特殊及复杂形状的零件、脉冲参数可以调节、易于自动化,使得电火花加工技术成为特种加工领域的一门重要技术。
本文从电火花的发展历程、基本原理、特点及分类、基本工艺规律、加工设备和工作液、新技术发展及应用等方面加以论述。
【Abstract】EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining, hereinafter referred to as EDM) is based on the positive and negative electrode pulse discharge of electric corrosion phenomena of materials for processing, also known as drop point processing, electric erosion machining, electrical pulse processing and so on, is the use of electric energy for processing. Wide EDM application materials, processing, application of special and complex shapes of components, pulse parameters adjustable, easy to automate, EDM become special processing areas of an important technology.
