First of all, the plot of "Inception" is mind-bending and thought-provoking. The movie follows the story of Dom Cobb, a skilled thief who specializes in stealing valuable information from people's dreams. However, instead of stealing, he is tasked with implanting an idea into someone's mind, a process known as inception. This concept immediately captured my attention and kept me engaged throughout the entire film. The idea of delving into someone's subconscious and manipulating their thoughts is both fascinating and terrifying. Moreover, the visual effects in "Inception" are truly breathtaking. The movie presents us with a world where dreams can be constructed and manipulated, resulting in stunningly surreal landscapes and mind-boggling action sequences. From the folding cityscape to the zero-gravity fight scenes, every frame of the film is a visual feast for the eyes. The impeccable cinematography and seamless blending of CGI make the dream world look incredibly real and immersive. Watching the movie, I often found myself questioning what was real and what was merely a dream, which added an extra layer of intrigue to the viewing experience.Apart from its technical brilliance, "Inception" also succeeds in exploring deeper philosophical themes. The concept of dreams as a reflection of our subconscious desires and fears is thoughtfully examined throughout the film. In one scene, Dom Cobb explains that "an idea is like a virus, resilient and highly contagious," implying that our thoughts and beliefs can shape our reality. This notion left me pondering the power of our minds and the influence of our dreams on our waking lives. The movie also touches upon themes of guilt, redemption, and the longing for an idealized reality, all of which contribute to a more profound and enriching experience.Furthermore, the performances in "Inception" are exceptional. Leonardo DiCaprio delivers a captivating portrayal of Dom Cobb, a character haunted by his own past and striving for redemption. His emotional journey throughout the film is palpable, and I found myself fully invested in his struggles and conflicts. Additionally, the supporting cast, including Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Ellen Page, and Tom Hardy, all deliver stellar performances that add depth and texture to the film. Their chemistry and interactions feel genuine, making the audience care deeply about the characters and their fates. In conclusion, "Inception" is a masterpiece of filmmaking that captivates viewers with its mind-bending plot, stunning visual effects, and thought-provoking themes. The movie's exploration of dreams and the power of the mind leaves a lasting impression on the audience. The exceptional performances from the cast further elevate the film, making it a truly unforgettable cinematic experience. As I reflect on my journey through the intricate layers of "Inception," I am reminded of the endless possibilities of the human imagination and the eternal quest for meaning in our lives.。

Thoughts of Dreams, Life, and Love——A Movie Review of Inception Inception, which is directed by Christopher Nolan, is a combination of science fiction, romance and action movie. The two key words in the movie are extraction and inception, which are totally opposite. Extraction means extracting some important information from the subject’s unconsciousness when he’s dreaming. While inception means incepting a new idea to the subject, and make the idea deeply rooted in the subject’s mind. Though our hero, Dominic Cobb, acted by Leonardo DiCaprio, is an extractor, this time, he will try to be an inceptor. And if he succeeds he’ll be able to go back to his children. At the beginning of the movie, Cobb and his extracting group were on an extraction mission in the mind of Saito, using a two-layered dream, which means ‘a dream in a dream’. In the first layer, they were in a secret apartment; and in the second layer, they were somewhere like an assembly hall. While in reality, they were on a train, sleeping. There is a rule in the dream world that if someone died in the dream, he would be back to the upper layer or to the reality. Cobb’s wife Mal showed up in the dream and destroyed his mission. ‘Everyone for himself’was what Cobb said to his group. Actually, Mal who had already dead was only a projection of Cobb.Cobb usually uses a top to tell reality from dream. If it is a dream, the top won’t stop spinning when spun.Later, Cobb was offered a job by Saito to incept an idea to the son of Saito’s competitor, who would soon inherit the control of his father’s corporation, and if he succeeded Saito would help him to go home. Unable to see his children for some reason he himself couldn’t fix, Cobb accepted. He reconstructed his group and made up the plan: they’d build a three-layered dream, and the first layer would be a city, the second layer a hotel, and the third layer a hospital near a snow mountain. In reality, they were in the first class cabin of a 747. With the group’s joint effort, finally they succeeded and Cobb came back home, with his children. He spun his top again, but it isn’t clear that whether the top would stop or not in the movie. After watching this movie, what impressed me most are the dialogues. They reflect something about dreams, life, faith, love, and so on. I’d like to share my thoughts of some lines.About dreams:-Our dreams, they feel real while we're in them, right? It's only when we wake up that we realize how things are actually strange. Let me ask you a question, you, you never really remember the beginning of a dream do you? You always wind up right in the middle of what's going on.- I guess, yeah. - So how did we end up here?- Well, we just came from the, uh..- Think about it, Ariadne, how did you get here? Where are you right now?-We're dreaming?-You're actually in the middle of a workshop right now, sleeping. This is your first lesson in shared dreaming. Stay calm.-If it's just a dream, why are you covering...-Because it's never just a dream, is it? And a face full of glasses hurts like hell. When you're in it, the feel is real. These words will no doubt resonate in the hearts and minds of any people because they best describe our experiences about the dream world. You feel happy, sad, and pains, just the same as you do in reality. ‘It's more about the feel of it.’But there is still one strange thing: how did you get there? You never remembered. But you won’t notice it in the dream, will you? Perhaps our ‘reality’ actually is a dream, a long long dream about birth, life, and death. We never remember how did we get here, in the world, right? We just heard our birth from others. But birth itself is just the same as ‘wind up in the middle of what’s going on’. After death, maybe we’ll ‘wake up’.-They come here everyday to sleep?-No, they come to be woken up. The dream has become their reality. Who are you to say otherwise, uh?This dialogue happened in a basement where many people were sleeping and sharing their dreams there. Because of the sense of reality in the dream world, how can we tell reality from dream? Or how can we prove that we are not dreaming? Maybe when they are dreaming, they feel it more like their reality, the reality that they are chasing for. Such a perspective is more profound and thought-provoking.Have you come to kill me?-I'm waiting for someone, someone from a half remembered dream.Cobb?Impossible.We were young men together.I'm an old man.Filled with regret.Waiting to die alone, huh?-I've come back for you,to remind you...of something...something you once knew. That this world is not real.To convince me to honor our arrangement. To take a leap of faith, yes.Come back,so we can be young men, together again.Come back with me.-Come back. The background of this dialogue is that Saito dropped into limbo and stayed there for tens of years, which made the dream become his reality and the reality become his dream. And Cobb went down to limbo to rescue Saito. I don’t know howCobb persuaded Saito to kill himself, or perhaps Cobb failed to persuade Saito, and what we saw in the movie later was just a dream of Cobb, but I really wonder that in our so-called reality, if someone showed up accidentally and ask you to suicide, would you follow him? I believe, most of us won’t.About life-The moment's passed. Whatever I do I can't change this moment. I'm about to call out to them. They run away. If I'm ever going to see their faces I've gotta get back home. The real world.Cobb was very eager to go back home, to see his children, but he just couldn’t. He regretted it that he didn’t see the faces of his children when he was about to leave. It also resonate me because such situations are really common in our life. We often cherish those we have lost.-So, do you want to take a leap of faith? Or become an old man, filled with regret, waiting to die alone? These words are said by Saito to Cobb to persuade him to accept the job Saito offered. Saito promised to help Cobb home. Many times we hesitate, and later regret. Sometimes we truly need to take a leap of faith.About love-You're waiting for a train, a train that will take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you, but you can't be sure. But it doesn't matter -- because we'll be together.Cobb and Mal were stuck in the dream, so Cobb asked Mal to lie down between the tracks with him. Because they’d be together, they weren’t afraid. Love is to be together.-Why is it so important to dream?- In my dreams we're still together.Deep love is to be together, even in dreams. Even he/she is dead.-I can't stay with her anymore, because she doesn't exist.- I'm the only thing you do believe in anymore.- No. I wish...-I wish more than anything, but...I can't imagine you with all your complexity, all your perfection, all your imperfection. You alright?Look at you, you're just a shade. You're just the shade of my real wife. You're the best that I could do, but...I'm sorry, you are just not good enough. In the limbo, Cobb met Mal again, and Mal asked him to stay with her. Though loving Mal deeply, Cobb clearly realized that not staying with the shade of his wife might not mean he didn’t love her. Back to his children, the love between him and Mal, might mean more than stay with the shade. Maybe if Mal was still alive, she’d be happy about Cobb’s choice. That may be true love.I think a lot after watching this movie, what I want to summarize this movie is that:I wish more than anything, but...I can't imagine you with all your complexity, all your perfection, all your imperfection. You alright?Look at you, you're just a movie. You're just the shade of my real life. You're the best that I could do, but...I'm sorry, you are just not good enough. Thanks to your inspiring me, and I’ll cherish my life and my dream more, and I won’t be lost.。

Dom Cobb is a seasoned thief. When people are most vulnerable, he sneaks into others' dreams to steal valuable information and secrets in the subconscious mind. In his view, the energy produced by human minds is limitless, people rely on thinking to build the city, can go back through time, the formulation of social law, people can even through thinking of crime. Unfortunately, in the face of such precious wealth, most people do not know how to get it. While Cobb happens to have such extraordinary skills but. He used people to dream, stealing secrets from their subconscious. Because often people in the dream, the spiritual line is the most vulnerable. This is called "Cobb himself stunt photo dream of". However, although Cobb's special skills, make him in this world of greed has become a successful commercial spy, but he also paid a heavy price. Cobb became the object of corporate espionage in the coveted, so he lost a loved one, and become an international fugitive. Now Jacob had a chance of redemption, a final actionwill return to his original life, as long as he can accomplish the impossible .Unlike in the past, the Dom Cobb and his team's task is not to steal ideas, but implant thoughts, to make a big business heir to the voluntary dissolution of the company. If they succeed, this is a perfect crime. But the enemies of secretly well known for their actions, and only Dom Cobb to see the enemy coming, because the crime scene exists in people's minds, he found his partner, making almost impossible to create the 3 layer in the dream, continue to avoid the subconscious in the guardian's attacks. They have some people into reality is cruel. This cruelty is not about physical tiredness and pain, because the modern standard of living can't go anywhere. This play is cruel, more of the mental, spiritual, emotional torture. When people live in the world, they are doomed to accept these tortures. These torments will make people want to let go of their dreams and remind themselves that this is just a dream and wake up. As a matter of fact, a lot of people say that after waking up, the other means that when we die, we can't feel the pain. Think about it, it's much harder to live than to be alive. But it is hard for a brave man to be difficult. So, seeing the space of inception, this difficult road has to go on. I wish all the people in the world can feel more sweet in the real world when they feel sweet in their dreams. This is a question of consciousness. Just as the final male actors successfully implanted a person to realize a person, we can also implant a sense for ourselves, that is, as long as the heart is sweet, the dream is sweet, and life is sweet. At the edge of the subconscious mind, he saw his subconscious wife, and the child...Now after seeing the "Inception", it suddenly reminds us of it, and it can't be relieved now. As the movie said, a man is a conscious and subconscious, conscious is the subconscious is generally work in just ways, but some of the dark side of the heart, due to the society, we can not directly show, but the subconscious mind and not with your press and disappear, but deeply in your mind finally, in a variety of dream show.

Can you imagine a city twisting and turning in front of you? Have you ever seen a large train roaring down the street, crashing in to cars and buses? “These can only happen in my dream” you may say. Indeed, the movie Inception brought you and me into a land of dreams. Everything in the movie was not only about some showy special effects but also about some forms of philosophical truths that had philosophers debate for thousands of years: “The nature of dreams and their depth”.Water flooding into the weird looking traditional Japanese palace, people floating up in the air while shooting each other and staircases leading you endlessly to your starting point, all seemed like ideas coming out of a mad house or from any human dream. It’s difficult to imagine how our dear old Freud may feel if he were to discover that some his theories, notably how would ego behave in an environment freed from judgments, were labelled “Made in Hollywood” and were being shown under the crispy sound of chewing popcorns. The movie Inception itself, like the famous Escher’s staircase, incepts impossibility under the possibility, or the common sense.Cobb, the main character, is a skilful thief. He is not those pick pockets interested in mobile phones or wallets, but a professional ‘dream maker.’ He steals information anduncovers all kinds of secrets from people by getting into their dreams and reading their sub conscious mind. In the movie, Cobb was hired by a Japanese energy bigwig, Saito, to try to make Fischer the junior, the boss of another large company, to believe that his father, the previous boss, wanted him to give up competing with Saito, simply by incepting a thought through Fischer’s dream. It’s difficult to tell the difference between real life and dream, because real life is just another form of dream, and dream is simply an image of real life. The dream-making team used this very theory to break into Fischer’s brain and make him believe in something without raising any suspicion. However this technique, apart from being Cobb’s saviour, was also the very reason why Cobb’s wife committed suicide several years ago.The movie is voluntarily creating confusion at this point. Not only can’t Fischer tell the dream and real world apart but also the audience suddenly finds out that a terribly bewildering maze has been set and that no one is to be able to get out. At the end of the movie, the director left a big question mark in my head. “Will that top stop spinning?”My answer is, it will stop and continue spinning at the same time. Remember Cobb’s talk with Ariadne? He said that when you are in a dream, you will not be able to recall the very beginning of the dream.Let’s focus on the beginning of the movie. Cobb woke up on a beach near the Japanese palace. That place appeared again after Cobb was killed in the dream and fell in to the ‘Limbo’ in the last part. This was a perfect Escher’s staircase! There’s no beginning, because the beginning was an ending itself. We don’t know how Cobb began his life of making dreams, becausethe movie simply did not explain why. Then, the shocking fact revealed to us: The entire story could be a dream itself! Then, you may ask, how can the top stop spinning if everything is a dream? Don't forget the fourth dimension: Time. Although we may get to the same point again and again on the Escher’s staircase, that so-called “same point” only means two points sharing the same location, or in other words, the three dimension numbers. We are ignoring the fourth one, as the time we get to these two points are different. This can make great difference. The top can do different things, for time can help it exist in the same place, in the same situation but in DIFFERENT TIMES! It is like a street crossing, different thing could happen when you choose a different way. These might be a bit confusing. Let’s get to a much simpler explanation. If yo u read the actors’ names at the back of the movie, you will find out something. There are four people acting in the roles of Cobb’s children. Two of them are three years old and the other two are five years old. You see, it’s still time playing tricks on us. In a not-too-distant future, no one’s secrets are safe, not even those buried in the deepest recesses of their minds: High-tech“extraction” technology allows teams of spies-for-hire to manipulate the dreams of others, creeping around their thoughts and riffling through their subconscious minds. Dominic Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) is the best in the business—good enough that even former victims like corporate hotshot Saito (Ken Watanabe) turn to him when they need someone to do the impossible.Saito is in a position to offer Cobb the one thing he wantsmost in the world: a way home. Saito’s connections can erase the murder charge that forced Cobb to flee his country and abandon his children to the care of their grandfather (Michael Caine), and all he has to do in return is get inside the head of Richard Fischer (Cillian Murphy), heir to a multinational empire, and plant the idea to dismantle it so deep that Fischer will believe he thought of it all by himself.Conventional wisdom has it that mental capital only flows one way: You can dig it out, but you can’t sneak it in. Cobb knows otherwise and assembles a team willing to do the mindwarp with him: chameleon Eames (Tom Hardy), who can assume any identity within a dream; chemist Yusuf (Dileep Rao), whose concoctions facilitate deep, prolonged sleep; architect Ariadne (Ellen Page), who imagines every physical detail of the dream world; and point-man Arthur (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), who sweats whatever details need sweating. The only newbie in the bunch, Ariadne quickly realizes what the others don’t: that the persistent dream presence of Cobb’s late wife, Mal (Marion Cotillard)—whom he was accused of killing—isn’t just a pesky sign of lingering grief. It’s a giant, flashing-neon warning that Cobb is on the fast track to a full-blown mental meltdown.By their nature, rubber-reality movies walk a thin line between clever and stupid. But when they work, the balancing act is breathtaking: Just think back to 1999, when The Matrix had fanboys, mall rats and cineastes alike lined up for a tumble down the rabbit hole. Inception owes both The Matrix and the all-but-forgotten Dreamscape(1984), in which a psychic is unwittingly drawn into a plot to assassinate the President of the United States in his dreams, a debt of imagination. But writer-directorChristopher Nolan is much more than a crass recycler of other people’s cool ideas, and his greatest strength is the ability to tether pop-culture spectacle to authentic emotions. If Inception were all spectacle, it would be nothing more than magic trick of the month: nifty but disposable, at the mercy of smart alecks eager to reveal the cogs and wheels behind the illusion. But while one day soon the eye-popping effects will inevitably look dated, Cobb’s misery—a messy mix of grief, guilt, denial and resentment—will continue to feel painfully real. Whether or not history validates comparisons to Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey, Inception is a superior summer movie, one with heart and brains and loads of razzle-dazzle. Today I’d like to talk about a science fiction film called Inception, which is quite popular .In deed,I think many people have seen it ,even saw it many times.First, let’s me introduce something about the movie. In this world, against what he had, there is a very strange title - Pirates of the dreamer. His specialty skills, is sneaking into others dreams, the subconscious steal valuable information and secrets.A rare skill, and soon made him the coveted corporate espionage industry's highly paid object. However, it has also lost his beloved wife for Moore, exile.Because the pain has long been widowed and find themselves unable to Cobb mental torture, finally got the last chance of redemption. Saito,Extremely wealthy, employment Cobb secret deal with their future competitors Fisher - implanted in his mind a thought. No doubt, both from a technical or from the difficulty, it must be a perfect crime. The film shows us a different world of science, in-depth analysis of a team to steal a dream.I have to say it’s really an amazing film. It’s not only the success of Nolan but also for the screenwriters and directors. Because this film made so many guys begin to think deeply and they found happiness doing this and feel satisfied when got some consequence. The most wonderful film I think is what can make your idea free. For this film I got this feeling,I tried to understand the inner meaning by thinking reapeatly in many quite different ways.At last I got a clear understanding and felt I’ve just experienced a long and happy journey. In the helicopter Saito promised Cobb help him go back home after the task. But when he got into the limbo,he gradually lost his consciousness just like Cobb before. He failed to fulfill his promise and got older in regret. On the contrary Cobb gave the teammates and Saito the most full trust. He take a leap of faith in the circumstances of quite uncertainty and finish the task. He also went to limbo and gave him a chance to go back together to honor the agreement and restart as young men.In the end everyone woke up in the plane,Cobb finished the task and Saito fulfilled his promise to make Cobb’s family reunion.By means of this task Cobb and Saito both got the importance of trusting each other and save each other from their regres and finally get new life.So what I think the greatest value of this film is to tell us we should be honest to the choice of our deep mind no matter what forces you to change .The only way to be without regrets even when you get old is not to deceive yourself now.>>>下一页更多精彩“盗梦空间英语观后感”盗梦空间英语观后感篇四Inception, which is directed by Christopher Nolan, is a combination of science fiction, romance and action movie. ‘Everyone for himself’ was what Cobb said to his group. Actually, Mal who had already dead was only a projection of Cobb.Cobb usually uses a top to tell reality from dream. If it is a dream, the top won’t stop spinning when spun.Later, Cobb was offered a job by Saito to incept an idea to the son of Saito’s competitor, who woul d soon inherit the control of his father’s corporation, and if he succeeded Saito would help him to go home. Unable to see his children for some reason he himself couldn’t fix, Cobb accepted. He reconstructed his group and made up the plan: they’dbuild a three-layered dream, and the first layer would be a city, the second layer a hotel, and the third layer a hospital near a snow mountain. I’d like to share my thoughts of some lines.

As someone fascinated by the exploration of the human mind and the power of dreams, this film provided a thought-provoking experience that stretched the boundaries of reality and perception. One of the most captivating aspects of Inception is its complex and intricate plot. The struggle between Cobb's personal demons and his determination to reunite with his family creates a parallel narrative that adds a compelling layer to the film. The visual effects in Inception are truly breathtaking.
