水性油墨MSDS报告水性油墨Water-based ink 水性油墨简称为水墨，柔性版水性墨也称液体油墨，它主要由水溶性树脂、有机颜料、溶剂及相关助剂经复合研磨加工而成。

水性油墨特别适用于烟、酒、食品、饮料、药品、儿童玩具等卫生条件要求严格的包装印刷产品。

一、水性油墨的基本配方:水溶性丙烯酸树脂25％～35％水15％～25％乙醇5％～15％三乙胺5％～10％颜料10％～30％助剂1％～3％二、水性油墨的成分：水性油墨由水性高分子乳液、颜料、表面活性剂、水及其他添加剂组成。

（1）水性高分子乳液主要是丙烯酸、乙苯乙烯类合成物。

作用是传输颜料的载体，提供附着力、硬度、光亮度、干燥速度、耐磨性、耐水性。

成膜乳液应用于非吸收性承印物表面印刷；非成膜乳液应用于纸、纸板等吸收性材料印刷。

（2）颜料有机颜料有酞菁蓝、立索尔红；无机颜料有炭黑、钛白粉。

（3）表面活性剂作用是降低表面张力，使墨在承印物上辅展开，提高水墨的稳定性。

（4）水溶剂。

可改变水墨粘度，影响涂布墨层的厚度及干燥速度。

性油墨区别于溶剂型油墨，最大的特点在于所用的溶解载体。

溶剂型油墨的溶解载体是有机溶剂，如甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙醇等，而水性油墨的溶解载体是水和少量的醇(约3％～5％)。

由于用水作溶解载体，水性油墨具有显著的环保安全特点：安全、无毒、无害、不燃不爆、几乎无挥发性有机气体产生。

主要表现在以下四个方面：1.对大气环境无污染；2．减少印刷品表面残留毒物，保证食品卫生安全；3.减少资源消耗并降低环保成本；4 . 提高了作业环境的安全性，保障接触操作人员的健康。

第四部分急救措施皮肤接触：脱去污染的衣着，用肥皂水及清水彻底冲洗皮肤。

吸入：生产时若将其吸入呼吸器官内时,请接受医生的治疗。

食入：饮足量温水，催吐，就医。

第五部分消防措施危险特性：其蒸气与空气形成爆炸性混合物，遇明火、高热能引起燃烧爆炸。

与氧化剂能发生强烈反应。

其蒸气比空气重，能在较低处扩散到相当远的地方，遇火源引着回燃。

若遇高热，容器内压增大，有开裂和爆炸的危险。

流速过快，容易产生和积聚静电。

有害燃烧产物：CO灭火方法及灭火剂：可用泡沫、二氧化碳、干粉、砂土扑救，用水灭火无效。

第六部分泄露应急处理应急处理：切断火源。

迅速撤离泄露污染区人员至安全地带，并进行隔离，严格限制出入。

建议应急处理人员戴自给正压式呼吸器，穿防毒服。

尽可能切断泄露源。

防止进入下水道、排洪沟等限制性空间。

小量泄露：尽可能将溢漏液收集在密闭容器内，用砂土、活性碳或其它惰性材料吸收残液，也可以用不燃性分散剂制成的乳液刷洗，洗液稀释后放入废水系统。
