工字钢截面特性
工字钢截面具有形状简单、重量轻、强度高的优点,是结构上应用最多的混凝土绑紧构件截面。
其主要应用于框架式结构,涉及支承、支座、拉拔、垂直荷载、剪力荷载及抗倾覆等功能,承受扭转力及剪力荷载,行拆圆形截面无力,故而使用抗冲击强度较高的工字钢截面。
工字钢截面主要特性着重于以下几点:
(1)强度高:工字形管状截面具有高强度、弹性模量大、延性好等特点,其弯曲后仍能保持稳定的外形,能够有效减轻结构的重量。
(2)耐腐蚀性能强:工字钢的钢质量质可以选用不锈钢,具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,能够有效防止截面出现腐蚀等问题,可以用于内外环境多变的场合。
(3)加工性能好:工字钢可以进行弯曲、冲压、剪切等加工处理,同时可以进行焊接,可以有效增加截面强度、提高结构性能。
(4)节能:工字钢截面具有较低的横截面积,使得结构的重量明显减轻,可以有效降低结构的静态负荷,减少设计的材料消耗,从而节约能源。
广泛的应用:工字钢相比其它截面可以有效解决建筑结构构件的起重、承受轴力,以及许多框架结构承载力要求高的传动件,在桥梁、隧道、桥梁、高层建筑、架空结构、扶梯及电梯等建筑结构等工程中有广泛应用。
按照截面积大体相近,并且饶X轴的抗弯强度不低于相应工字钢的原则,计算出了标准中H型钢有关型号与GB/T706-88〈热轧工字钢尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差〉〉中的工字钢的有关型号以及他们的性能参数比较表(见表B1),以供有关人员在使用H型钢替代工字钢时参考。
