全国高考历年各省录取分数线比较与分析 (2012-01-12 18:02:09) 转载▼ 分类：杂谈 标签： 全国高考 各省 分数 比较 分析 山东 河北 北京 上海 湖北 江苏 浙江 甘肃 陕西 主要以时间序列来考察中央部属大学分省招生的公平性问题，本节主要考察恢复高考以来各省分数线的整体演变趋势，这也是被社会各界广泛关注的焦点问题。具体来说，依据分省招生的数量、基础教育的水平和高等教育资源的丰富程度三个因素来揭示其演变的动因。首先，高考分数线的变化与招生名额的投放有很大关系，即在相同的条件下，招生数量越多，录取分数线就越低；其次，基础教育水平的高低决定了该省生源的优劣程度，在同等条件下，基础教育水平越高，分数线也相应越高；最后，高等教育资源的丰富程度决定了招生数量的多寡，也会影响到分数线的变化，其中，高校的数量，特别是“211工程”院校和“985”工程院校的数量在很大程度上决定了本科一批分数线的高低。本节主要选取这三个因素来反映各省高考录取分数线的变化情况。 一、恢复高考以来各省分数线的变化趋势 高考建制之初，由于招生数在整体上多于高中毕业生数，所以录取分数线也较低，并且实行以大行政区为主的招生体制，所以当时的分数线没有太多实质的意义。1958 年高考制度暂时中断，次年旋即恢复，并从此确立了分省录取制度，至此才出现了分省的高考录取分数线。但因 20 世纪 60 年代强烈的**因素的干扰，高考制度经历了较大的反复，科目改革频
仍，且相关数据散佚难以获取。 故此，只研究恢复高考以来各省分数线的变化情况。笔者选取 1980 年、1991 年和 1999 年的三个时间点的分省高考录取分数线来研究其基本的走势，之所以选取这三个时间点，出于以下考虑： 其一，1977 年到 1979 年考生众多、竞争激烈，属于特殊时期，从 1980 年开始，各项教育事业和高考制度逐步趋于正常； 其二，1999 年除广东实行“3+X”改革和上海单独命题之外，其他省区均采用全国卷，分数易于比较，之后因“3+X”改革方案在全国推广，试卷纷繁多样而难以比较；其三，1991 年大致处于两者之间，且大多数省区采用全国卷，分数易于比较。故此，选取以上三个年份的数据。大体而言，三个时段的分数线基本能够反应各省分数线变化的趋势。 将 1977年至 1999 年的各省录取分数线整理如下

一、高考分数线如何确定 一般来讲，按照120%的比例进行划定。比如今年某个省的一本批次的大学文史类招生计划是10000人，在划定录取线的时候，按照考生高考成绩从高到低进行排序，排到第12000（120%比例）名考生的时候，这名考生的高考成绩就是该省当年的重点线，如果有同分考生，其分数也算累积。这就是录取线的划定方法。本科二批和本科三批的划定方法也是这样的。 补充：①各省、自治区、直辖市划定的最低控制分数线 根据当年招生计划和考生成绩，依据人数来划定。一般按略多于计划数划定，多数是计划数的1.1～1.2倍，全省考生按考分的高低排下来，排到该人数时分数多少，就是当年该省的最低控制分数线，只有达到该分数的考生才有资格参与录取。 ②各批次院校的控制分数线 控制分数线是由各省（自治区、直辖市）招生委员会根据本省（自治区、直辖市）考生文化考试成绩，按略多于某批院校计划录取总数划定的一个“分数”。达到控制分数线的考生不可能百分之百地录取，需由省（自治区、直辖市）招办根据录取控制分数线，在录取过程中将上线人数再按考生所报志愿从高分到低分排列，由招生院校进行德、智、体全面衡量，择优录取。 ③分批录取的高校的控制分数线 a、提前录取院校的控制分数线 这批招生的院校及招生人数都比较少，主要是一些有特殊要求的学校及专业，其中有本科也有专科，按计划招生数与报考人数的一定比例确定分数。对于有的院校专业上线人数录取不满，可适当降低分数要求录取。由于这部分人比较少，有时不在社会上公布分数线。 b.第一批录取院校的控制分数线 根据规定，按计划招生数与考生数的比为l：1.2来确定。由于分数线的划分是按文史类、理工类（部分省还有外语类）分别划分的，这样就要考虑到志愿兼报等因素，因此分数线确定时并不是机械进行的，而要考虑诸因素的作用。 c.第二批录取院校的控制分数线 一般是按略多于计划招生数来确定，其计算办法是包括第一批的余数在内从第一批控制分数线往下测算，直到人数比第二批计划招生数有一定余量时，这个分数就是控制分数线。 d.第三批录取院校的控制分数线 该控制分数线确定的原则和办法同第二批院校录取控制分数线的确定是一样的。第一、二、三批录取院校的控制分数线都是要在社会上公布的。 二、湖南省2006--2014文理科高考分数线 （一）分数线详情 年份文科分数线理科分数线分数线差值 2006一本59354746 二本55649660
