三、半导体催化剂的结构
2、钙钛矿型结构
▪ 这是一类化合物，其晶格结构类似于矿物CaTiO3，是可用通式 ABX3表示的氧化物，此处X是O=离子。A是一个大的阳离子， B是一个小的阳离子。
▪ 在高温下钙钛矿型结构的单位晶胞为正立方体，A位于晶胞的中心，B位于正立方体顶点。此中A的配位数为12(O=)，B的配位数为6(O=)。

[1+5]=AIBVO3；[2+4]=AIIBIVO3；[3+3]= AIIIBIIIO3

▪ ②A位和B位阳离子的特定组合与部分取代，会生成B位阳离子的反常价态，也可能是阳离子空穴和/或O=空穴。
▪ 产生这种晶格缺陷后，会修饰氧化物的化学性质或者传递性质。这种修饰会直接或间接地影响它们的催化性能。

当pH＝11时，Cr(Ⅵ)几乎100％以CrO42-形式存在；而当pH＝1.2时，其几乎100％以 Cr2O72-形式存在。
Cr6+中(3d0)无d-d跃迁，但都显色，原因是Cr6+有较强的正电场，O一端电子向Cr的3d轨道跃迁（此跃迁属p-d跃迁，是电荷迁移跃迁的一种），吸收可见光区一定波长的光，使化合物显色。

冶炼：MoO3 + 2Al 灼热 Mo + Al2O3 MoO3 + H2 450-650℃ MoO2 + H2O MoO2 + H2 950-1100 ℃ Mo + 2H2O WO3 + 3H2 650-820℃ W + 3H2O
显然,这是因为这类阳离子铬酸盐有较小的溶度积的原因.

一、存在和发现钒的主要矿物有：绿硫钒矿VS2或V2S5，钒铅矿 Pb5[VO4]3Cl等。 Nb和Ta因性质相似，在自然界中共生，矿物为 Fe[(Nb,Ta)O3]2如果Nb的含量多就称铌铁矿，反之为钽铁矿。二、单质的性质和用途电子构型为(n-1)d3ns2价态有+V、+IV、+III、+II, V、Nb、Ta以+V价最稳定，V的+IV价也较稳定。它们的单质容易呈钝态、都溶于硝酸和氢氟酸的混合酸中，钽不溶于王水。

1. 电子构型除Pd外，它们都有未充满的d轨道，最外层也仅有1-2个电子，过渡元素通常指价电子层结构即： (n-1)d1-9ns1-2。 2. 氧化值它们的(n-1)d和ns轨道能级的能量相差很小，d电子也可部分或全部作为价电子参加成键。一般由+2价直到与族数相同的氧化态(VIII例外)。 3. 单质的化学性质 IIIB族是它们中最活泼的金属，性质与碱土金属接近。同族元素的活泼性从上到下依次减弱。
