利用学生上学的时间和放学的时间引出morning和afternoon,让学生感受这两个单词,学生在模拟的上学、放学情景中,进行师生和生生打招呼,学生学起来比较接受。
本单元还补充了evening和night这两个常用词汇,使Good evening和Good night运用于父母下班时候打招呼:Good evening和睡觉时和父母互道晚安:Good night, 增加与父母的亲情。

在教学中,也补充了pen、bag、pencil-case和pencil-box,使学生在使用时更贴和他们的学生实际生活,运用时也选择说的机会也更多。
