利用学生上学的时间和放学的时间引出morning和afternoon,让学生感受这两个单词，学生在模拟的上学、放学情景中，进行师生和生生打招呼，学生学起来比较接受。

本单元还补充了evening和night这两个常用词汇，使Good evening和Good night运用于父母下班时候打招呼：Good evening和睡觉时和父母互道晚安：Good night, 增加与父母的亲情。

Oxford English 1A M1 U2 （1）1A Module 1 Getting to know you Unit 2 My classmates（2）本课时词汇是一些学生上学时的学习用品：book, ruler, pencil, rubber, 利用童谣和歌曲巩固生词，在操练句型Give me a …不断地让学生拿起他们桌上的学习用品，使学生能辨清这四个词汇，运用当中不断地进行师生和生生对话，学生从而理解Here you are 和Thank you在具体情境中的用法。

在教学中，也补充了pen、bag、pencil-case和pencil-box,使学生在使用时更贴和他们的学生实际生活，运用时也选择说的机会也更多。

Oxford English 1A M1 U3 (1)Oxford English 1A M1U3 (2)本单元是关于脸上上器官：eye, mouth, face, nose四个新词的学习，教学时把数字引入学习中，让学生数数自己的器官，把大小形容词big, small 引入教学，通过观察同学的脸部器官大小，来比较大小，在这过程中不断操练这些生词。
