重庆大学大学英语教学改革示范点建设的实践摘要：本文探讨了重庆大学在《大学英语课程教学要求》指导下的大学英语教学改車示范点建设的实践，通过创建以学生为中心，融课堂教学、自主学习、网络交互和课外实践为一体，形成性评价与终结性评价相结合，大学英语教学管理体系以及教学改革与研究并重的教师发展模式，构建了具有鲜明特色的大学英语课程新体系，取得了显著的实践效果，实现了学生英语综合应用能力提高的目标。
关键词：示范点建设；改革特色；实践效果重庆大学作为首批180所大学英语教学改革试点学校之一，在2004年初就全面启动了大学英语教学改革，并在2006年被批准成为全国首批31所大学英语教学改革示范点之一。
通过教学改革和教学改革示范点建设，促进了我校大学英语课程的创新，给大学英语课堂教学的目标、内容、方法、手段、管理和测试等诸多方面带来了积极的变化。
一、示范点建设的主要内容为了全面贯彻新的《大学英语课程教学要求》，重庆大学提出了大学英语教学改革和课程创新的主要目标：以现代信息技术和网络技术为支撑，以试点《大学体验英语》，《新时代交互英语》等教育部推荐的教学改革试点课程软件为平台，创建大学英语教学以学生为中心，融课堂教学、自主学习、网络交互和课外实践为一体，形成性评价与终结性评价相结合，大学英语教学管理体系以及教学改革与研究并重的教师发展模式，全面提高学生英语综合应用能力。
1创建以学生为中心的大学英语教学模式语言能力的发展是与语言的应用和实践密切相关的，只有强化应用实践才能促进语言能力的发展。
为了有效地提高大学生的英语综合应用能力，特别是听说能力，增加学生对语言应用的实践机会，改革中，重庆大学确立了以学生为中心的大学英语教学模式，强调学生作为语言学习的主体作用，强调语言应用能力的发展以及以网络和信息技术为基础的学生自主学习方式的推广，突出因材施教，尊重学生语言学习的个体差异，其具体做法是：(1)强调基础英语和专业英语的结合。

《英语学习技巧》教学大纲（汉）一、 课程名称《英语学习技巧》二、课程性质《英语学习技巧》是英语专业的低年级一门专业任选课，是培养学生学习英语的有效方法和技巧,提高学习质量的一门课程。
三、教学目的本课程旨在为英语专业新生提供有关本专业学习的方法和技巧，改变不良的英语学习习惯和思路，为学生进行本、专科的学习建立一个良好的开端。
本课程应达到以下目标：1）使学生了解学习策略的概念和相关研究；2）使学生掌握英语学习中语音, 词汇和语法的学习方法； 3）使学生掌握语言技能，包括听力, 口语, 阅读和写作学习方法。
四、课程教学原则与教学方法本课程教学应采取教师讲解和学生练习相结合的原则，教师在介绍新的学习方法时应简洁明确，然后通过课堂练习使学生运用新的方法，加深学生对新方法的理解和认识。
教学中还应鼓励学生间交流学习方法，使学生了解更多的学习方法、技巧和策略，并根据自己的实际情况选择并形成适合于自己的学习风格。
五、 课程时间及学分：本课程开设时间为第1学期，总学时为10，学分1。
六、课程教学内容及学时分配<<英语学习技巧>>主要帮助学生了解作为英语专业本科生应该掌握哪些英语知识和怎样学习这些知识。
内容包括向学生讲解英语专业课程的设置思路; 帮助学生认识英语学习中语音, 词汇和语法的学习方法和语言技能听力, 口语, 阅读和写作的练习的方法, 以及两者之间的关系; 讲解中学与大学英语专业学习过程中学习和教学的异同; 解答相关英语学习的困惑和问题等。

重庆大学《大学英语》（1-4）考试大纲课程类别：基础必修课总学时数：256学时学分：14学分一、考试要求大学英语课程是我校非英语专业大学生的一门重要的必修基础课程，其教学目标是培养学生的英语综合应用能力，特别是听说能力，使他们在今后工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流。
因此，大学英语考试的目的在于准确地衡量我校大学生的英语综合应用能力和自主学习能力。
大学英语每一学期的测试分为四个级别：1、2、3、4级，由专门小组负责出题、课程教授审题，以密封卷形式集体流水阅卷、集体登分，任课老师负责把学生的成绩登录上网，学生在网上查看自己的成绩。
二、考试内容1、期末考试内容、题型和分值比例试卷由七部分组成：翻译（1级）或写作（2、3、4）级（15%），阅读（20%），听力（35%），完型填空（10%），信息转换（10%），选词填空（5%），改错（5%），总分100分。
