农村小学英语教师培训心得体会火石寨罗庄小学李雪琴通过这一星期的培训，使我受益非浅，看到市级课的优点，看到自己的不足，看到自己今后的教学方向和目标，下面谈一谈我在这次培训中的几点思考：精神洒脱的谢老师给我们带来快活、实在的课，在讲“What’s he wearing?”时，她利用随手可拿的椅子，让学生站上去，学生本身感觉很自豪，其他学生看得清楚，感觉很新奇，让学生在玩中学、在趣中学。

平时我在教学中，只是一味的让学生描述，学生很乐意参与，但课堂气氛没有这样活跃。

所以做一名优秀的教师不一定利用很多时间准备很漂亮、精美的教具，每一个环节我们都要动脑思考，用最简单的方法达到最好的效果。

几位小老师（谢老师带来的大一学生）的复习课，使我在复习课上有了思路，即不枯燥又不感觉到累，轻轻松松上好复习课。

印象最深的就是年轻漂亮的马娟老师的讲座，她的每一句、每一词深深铭记在我心里，听了她的讲座，我感觉自己要学的知识好多好多，在平时的教学中，我要注意培养阅读的技巧，我要深研张宇老师的五大点。

特别在语音教学中，注重对语音的渗透，让学生在感受中说一口纯正、优美的英语。

活泼、可爱的李英泽老师上了一节轻松、活跃的课，在授课过程中，我仿佛就是其中的一名学生，这节课很舒服很轻松，心情特愉快。

感觉这40分钟像10分钟一样，飞速的快，下课时脑海里都是高然老师那甜甜的笑，真有些舍不得。

可想而知孩子们的感觉更是如此。

我想这就是一名优秀教师的魅力吧！教师的微笑总是面对着学生，给学生以自信、鼓励、牵动每一位学生的心。

口语纯正的语音，也吸引着每一位学生，我想这就是我在课堂上的败笔，这也将成为我今后努力的方向。
