本文概述了Web服务技术特点，提出了一种新的基于web服务的系统结构模型，介绍了运用 ASP．NET创建 web服务实
现新闻发布系统的方法。
21世纪，随着Internet在中国的迅速发展,人们日常生活中越来越多地使用这项新的技术来为自己的工作和学习服务.由于WEB页面能把文本、图像、声音、动画、视像等多种媒体信息集于一体，不但使信息的显示更加生动，而且使信息的浏览更为方便,同时WEB页能实现网上交易平台、客户信息反馈方便了企业与客户之间信息交流，因此许多企业为增强企业知名度，以作为对外的展示窗口，进行外信息交流。衡量的一个重要标准是能否满足人们不停的对信息的渴求。也就是说，一个正规的需要快速和大量更新容，同时保证运转的稳定性和安全性。手工方式对于大型必然是不可取的，工作人员需要一种系统工具来方便高效的更新和管理，这样，信息管理系统便出现在互联网的舞台上。
我是根据各大信息管理系统的开发为背景，论述了整个系统的开发过程，系统的结构及系统开发的基本原理和方法。全论文分为概述、系统的概要设计、信息管理系统开发工具与环境、ACCESS数据库介绍、系统的详细设计、结束语、参考文献等几部分。详细论述了系统的概要设计、信息管理系统开发工具与环境、ACCESS数据库介绍、系统的详细设计等容。
