There be 句型,表示“有…,或者存在…”。
如果描述人和人的动作,通常用“there be sb. doing + 状语”的结构,表示“某人正在…地做某事”;如果图画中出现的是物体,静态的,而且不会发出动作,那么采用“there be sth. + 介词短语”的结构,表示“某物怎么样”就可以了。
