因此训练也必须达到很大的负荷,但是大负荷训练必然引起疲劳的产生,运用常见的生理生化指标去判断疲劳,并运用合理有效的恢复手段,以达到最大的训练效果,为广大篮球运动的爱好者提供参考。

运动生物化学是从分子水平揭示运动引起机体变化规律的科学,运动性疲劳是机体运动时的重要变化,故而该文通过文献资料法分析和总结运动性疲劳的生化特点,为运动性疲劳恢复提供一定的参考价值。

To achieve this goal, only by mastering the knowledge of the laws of changes in the body caused by sports can we arrange various sports activities scientifically, and then achieve the above aims. Sports biochemistry is a science that reveals the law of changes in the body caused by exercise at the molecular level. Sports fatigue is an important change in the body during exercise.
