3、国际多式联运经营人（multimodal transport Operator，MTO）， 国际多式联运经营人是 指其本人或通过其代表与货主订立多式联运合 同，并且负有履行合同的任何人。（一人）
4、多式联运单据（multimodal transport document）。这是一份证明多式联运合同以 及证明多式联运经营人接管货ห้องสมุดไป่ตู้，并将负责按 照合同条款交付货物的全程运输单据。
交付货物的地点的一种运输方式。
2、国际多式联运需同时具备下列6个条件：
（1）必须有一个多式联运合同； （2）必须使用一份包括全程的多式联运单据； （3）必须至少是两种不同运输方式的连贯运输；
（4）必须是国际间的货物运输；
（5）必须由一个多式联运经营人对全程运输总负 责；
（6）必须是全程单一的运费费率。
例如，损害发生在海上运输阶段，按海上货物 运输法办理；如发生在铁路或公路运输阶段，则按 有关国际法或国内法处理。
3.修正统一责任制（混和责任制）
国际多式联运经营人对全程货物灭失、损坏或延迟 支付按照《多式联运公约》或区段的适用法律规定 负责赔偿，就高不就低。
Article 18 Limitation of Liability 1. When the multimodal transport operator is liable for loss result ing from loss of or damage to the goods according to Article 16, h is liability shall be limited to an amount not exceeding 920 units o f account per package or other shipping unit or 2.75 units of acco unt per kilogram of gross weight of the goods lost or damaged, w hichever is the higher.
