RITZ潜水电泵安装与使用说明书安德里茨集团德国里茨公司请用户利用宝贵的半小时,仔细阅读一遍说明书,它将使您获益非浅。
使用须知一.使用前电机内必须灌满清水,拧紧注水、放气螺塞;二.陆地上不允许试运转;三.电泵必须完全潜入水中,但潜水深度应不大于500米;四.机组应采取吊装的方法,严禁摔、碰。
五.禁止拉扯电缆,防止破坏密封。
六.水泵应在允许工作范围内工作。
此时水泵效率高,运行可靠,轴向力小;七.电泵机组的底部应距离池底500mm以上,防止淤泥堵塞电泵底部,影响调节囊工作。
本产品是电机与水泵直联一体潜入水中工作的提水设备。
主要用于农田灌溉。
城镇、矿山企业的排水工程和居民用水。
一.使用条件1.电源要求:频率为50赫兹,额定电压10000伏和6000伏(允差 5%)的三相交流电。
2.水质要求:一般无腐蚀性水,固体物含量不大于0.5%(重量比),酸碱度PH值6.5-8.5;氯离子含量不大于400mg/L,硫化氢含量不大于1.5mg/L;水温0℃-25℃。
二.结构简述1.整个装置由水泵、电机、扬水管道和控制开关四大部分组成。
2.电机是充水式电机,有耐泥沙机械密封。
三.机组安装说明1.安装须知:a.水泵进水节必须在动水位1米以下,但潜水深度不得超过静水位以下500米。
(如按用户要求制造深潜潜水电泵不受水深限制)b.使用环境必须符合本说明书的使用条件。
2.安装前准备a.首先检查静水位深度及供电系统是否符合使用条件。
b.应准备好相应的吊装工具。
c.装好保护控制柜。
3.安装a.首先打开吸水罩侧面的注水方孔和放气孔,拧下注水,放气螺栓向电机内注满清水,直到水溢出。
然后拧紧注水孔和放气孔的螺栓。
注水时电机应立式放置,使注水孔和放气孔在最上面。
b.电机注水后放置12小时测定绝缘电阻。
c.如果立式使用,用吊卡夹在出水管外接法兰处,吊起机组,放到井口座上(用户根椐现场安装方式自制。
井口应可承受液体压力,扬水管,机组重量)。
用两个吊卡安装好扬水管(用户椐水位深度自制),取下吊卡,装上止回阀,闸阀等。

1 .开车前的准备1.1 检查吸井水量是否足够,吸水高度是否符合要求;1.2 检查设备是否完好,轴承是否缺油,连轴节是否良好,吸排水管及底阀有无问题;1.3 盘车1-2圈,检查有无卡阻;1.4 打开灌水阀门,将水泵灌满引水。
2 .开机2.1 合上开关手把、按下启动按钮,电动机开始转动;2.2 待电动机转速达到正常后慢慢打开排水闸门;2.3 观察压力表的变化。
3 . 运行注意事项3.1 运行中司机应注意检查;3.2 水泵的转动方向,水泵的上水情况;3.3 各部有无异响和震动;3.4 轴承温度是否超限(滚动轴承温度不超过75℃,滑动轴承不超过65℃)。
3.5 查看水位是否正常,水质是否符合要求。
3.6 出现以下情况应立即停泵,进行处理:3.6.1 转向不正确,底阀或叶轮被堵塞;3.6.2 有无异响,震动;3.6.3 各部温度是否超限;3.6.4 泵体发热,或有异味;3.6.5 其它紧急故障。

The higher the pump capacity, the stronger the axial thrust exerted on the pump, the motor and its thrust bearing. The outcome: Overloading and increased risk of failure.The solution.HDM – Heavy Duty Mining. Two pumps are arranged on top of each other rotating in opposite directions and driven by a continuous pump shaft.The division of work between the two pumps provides complete compen-sation of axial thrust, thus solving the problems of forces acting on the unit and of the load on the thrust bearing. At the same time, the fl ow and suction velocity outside the pump is reduced by 50 %. 电动机试转时必须与泵完全脱开,严禁电动机带动泵轴反向旋转,否则,将导致零件损坏。
2、采用填料密封的泵,开车前必须按要求填加盘根。
3、采用机械密封的泵,必须保证轴封水的供应。
严禁无水运行,否则机械密封将烧毁。
4、采用稀油润滑的泵,在开车前应按油标的油位线加油。
严禁无油开车,否则,轴承将烧毁。

一、泵的用途和适用范围ZJ系列渣浆泵是石家庄工业泵厂与中国煤科院唐山分院联合开发的新型高效节能抗磨蚀泵。
该系列泵在水力设计、结构设计以及所用耐磨材料上,综合应用了国内外同类产品的优点并加以创新,具有高效节能、振动小、噪声低、运行可靠、使用寿命长、维修方便等特点,泵的综合性能居国内领先水平,大部分泵的效率指标居国际先进水平。
可广泛用于电力、冶金、煤炭、建材等行业输送含有固体颗粒的浆体。
如火电厂水力除灰、冶金选矿厂矿浆输送、洗煤厂煤浆及重介输送等。
其允许输送的最大浆体重量浓度Cw为:灰(渣)浆和煤浆45%;矿浆和重介60%。
二、泵的型式、结构特征与型号ZJ系列渣浆泵的型式分两大类,一类是ZJ型,为卧式轴向吸入单级单吸离心式渣浆泵;另一类是ZJL型,为立式轴向吸入单级单吸离心式渣浆泵。
1.ZJ型渣浆泵的结构特征与型号(1)ZJ型渣浆泵的结构特征①泵头部分ZJ型渣浆泵的泵头部分包括泵壳、叶轮和轴封装置。
泵头与托架用螺栓联结。
根据需要,泵的出水口位置可按45°间隔旋转八个不同的角度安装使用。
ZJ型渣浆泵的泵壳为双层壳体结构。
外层为金属泵壳(前泵壳、后泵壳),其材料通常为HT200或QT500-7;内层壳体可用高铬合金铸铁制做(包括涡壳、前护板、后护板),或用橡胶制作(包括前涡壳、后涡壳)。
安德里茨离心脱水机说明书(1)、离心机为全封闭卧式螺旋沉降离心机,污泥、水及气体均不会从机内溢出,污染操作环境;(2)、离心机进料、分离、排出滤液和泥饼的工作过程是连续不间断的,可以每天24小时运行,也可间歇运行。
(3)、离心机冲洗水水质:颗类<100ppm(可用回用水) ,冲洗水压:3-4bar,冲洗水量:12-24m<sup>3</sup>/h,冲洗时间:15min/每次停机。
(4)、采用可靠的双变频传动控制机械差速装置来控制转鼓与螺旋输送器之间的差速,差速调节精度值≤0.1转/分。
双变频控制机械差速装置可通过离心机内泥层的厚度自动调节差速,达到自动调节扭矩。
(5)、差速器可通过变频器调节离心机的脱水效果,以适应不同的进泥特性,使脱水污泥的含固率、固相回收率满足设计要求;(6)、离心机的电源:380V,3相,50Hz,电机防护等级为IP55,绝缘等级为F。
离心机主机安装功率为55kw,发电机安装功率为15kw,我公司的离心机带有节能装置,因此其实际消耗功率小于主机功率;(7)、离心机装有超载报警及相关的自动停车装置。
离心机配有震动传感器和轴承温度传感器,震动传感器安装在设备机架上,轴承温度传感器分别安装在离心机进料端和减速端的轴承上方。
(8)、离心机轴承采用油脂润滑。
3、离心机工作原理及选型说明3.1工作原理通过回转体-转鼓和卸料螺旋的高速旋转使其内的固液混合物随之高速旋转形成液环并产生较高的离心力,通过此较高的离心力作用加速固液的沉降分离。
其中比重较重的固体颗粒沉降在液环层的外圈,即沿转鼓的内壁形成泥环层,通过卸料螺旋与转鼓的差速由卸料螺旋将泥推出回转体。
液体环通过堰池口溢流出回转体之外。
4、安德里茨离心脱水机结构优点4.1高性能卸料螺旋卸料螺旋叶片采用中空式设计,降低了离心分离后的液体排出离心机时的阻力及行程。
中空式设计使得固液分离的方向正好相反,大大地减少了对固体层的扰动。
