2018年14期总第402期ENGLISH ON CAMPUS基于英语学习活动观开展读写结合教学活动——以The Olympic Games教学为例文/赵薇2017学年杭州二中教育集团开展了每年的同课异构活动,滨江校区,东河校区和桐庐中学分别对Module2 Unite 2 The Olympic Games阅读文章进行同课异构。
王蔷教授在中国研究网中有一个网课,名为“实施活动观,落实英语学科核心素养”中表示英语学习活动观强调,教师要在教学过程中,引导学生为主题意义为引领,以语篇为依托,整合性地学习语言知识与文化知识,运用听、说、读、看、写等方式,理解和表达意义、意图和情感态度,发展逻辑思维、批判思维和创新思维,学会学习。
高一备课组与授课的B老师集体设计教学活动就基于英语活动观,围绕主题创设情境,激活已知,提出问题,分析问题,并解决问题。
一、教学分析与展示网课中,王蔷教授用若干案例,深入浅出地呈现了优化教学设计的方法途径。
她强调,提高英语教师的文本解读能力是关键,教师应该从what(主题意义、主要内容)、why(作者意 图)、及how(语言修辞、文本结构)三个维度解读文本。
本学年的同课异构是Module2 Unite 2 The Olympic Games采用古希腊作家Pausanias穿越到2008年和北京奥运会的志愿者Li Yan进行一场采访式对话,以此了解奥运会的发展与变化。
备课组讨论中结合王蔷教授所强调的文本解读方式,B教师将本节课的教学目标设定为:(1)学生能通过回答what, when, who, why, where系列问题,把握文章情节,能激活已知信息并有效提取,学生能分析古代奥运会与现代奥运会的相似处与差异处。
(2)学生能够通过主人公问答的细节描写,把握精神线索,分析出奥运会在不同方面变化的是什么?不变的是什么?(3)读写结合,在层层问题的铺垫下学生能够就文章完成摘要写作。
