The internal biased DC-Coupled feature allows the module to be compatible with various electrical voltage signaling standards such as LVDS, CML and PECL. The lower cutoff frequency is 300 kHz and is designed for 64B/66B codes running at 10.3Gbps. The output of the buffer is logical high when V AxP is greater than V AxN . Two on-chip termination resistors (R P and R N ) of 50Ω define the input impedance. The input stage provides a 100Ω differential input impedance. The input can be DC-coupled to reduce the number of external component. The equivalent circuit of the input stage is shown in Figure 3.For Differential CML: Internal biased AC-coupled links allows direct connection of the two incoming 50 impedance lines to DataInx+ and DataInx-.For Differential ECL 10k/100k/PECL: Separate load resistors are needed to draw bias current off the emitter follower outputs.And for LVDS: Internal biasing provides 100Ω differential input impedance.Input stage is compliant with LVDS or CML standards. The module provide on chip biasing of the inputs. On-chip termination resistors R B and R C allow 100Ω differential termination or 50Ω to ground. 这一新的密封支撑/防止膜卷突出设计(ATD)提供了更好的端面接触,使水力负荷分布的更加均匀。
新的切流式设计保持了海德能公司产品多孔端板的特点,该端板可以保护膜元件免受因较大颗粒撞击而造成的损坏。
这一特殊的涡旋式图案设计使得穿过膜元件表面的水具有均匀的分布,并可以平衡膜元件外部和中心管的压力。
新的切流式可以很容易地由其象牙色和涡旋式结构辨认,而不同于以前的灰色和直线式。
同时,我们还将介绍新型内连接管,它即适用于新型切流式膜元件,也适用于传统的海德能膜元件。
新型内连接管具有很多好处,在负载和操作过程中不会脱离。
新型切流式膜元件完全与工业市场中众多其它的膜元件相兼容。
海德能公司正致力于膜元件内部密封方法的研究,以提供压力容器中膜元件之间密封连接的最大保证。
目前正使用的非切流式膜元件设计可以允许内部和外部的密封。

新切流设计在保持水通量和脱盐率的一致性及可靠性的基础上提供了附加的益处。

技术说明—新型切流式膜元件需使用内连接管—每支新型切流式膜元件的包装中均装备一支内连接管— SWC 系列内连接管部件号码不同于其它苦咸水反渗透膜产品的内连接管部件号码—新切流式膜元件不能使用外连接管和外连接型端板接头—新型内连接管同时适用于新型切流式和传统膜元件—新切流式设计膜元件与市售的大多数公司的膜元件的连接管和端板接头完全兼容—标准中心管内径为1.125英寸,经压力容器制造商验证,端板接头可满足其要求—在新型内连接管上的O型圈(其型号为PARKER#2-119)可能不同于其他制造商的产品—对于目前采用外连接型端板接头的系统,需要从压力容器制造商处订购新的端板接头—当传统膜元件被新型切流式膜元件取代时,每一压力容器需要两个端板接头—苦咸水膜元件连接管是一头逐渐变细的,以便需要探查时很容易地接入。

热能表被作为热量表获得认证,并没进行冷量表认证。
因此,在法律要求的交易中使用热能表作为冷量表是不符合法规要求的,但可在任何时间将热能表用作“内部使用”的冷量表。
使用与功能热能表用于记录闭式供暖系统、制冷系统或供暖/制冷系统中的热能。
交货范围 –热能表–两条连续编号(一次性)的安全封条,带有大约40cm的接线 –绝缘外壳 –硅胶套圈–安装指南T1T2逻辑模块传感器模块水质要求只有当水质满足AGFW 建议的FW-510和VDI 2035的条件时,才能保证热能表测量的稳定性。
热能表安装在调试和安装热能表之前,应仔细研究操作手册,以防止安装调试过程中出现错误。
