5. 预付款保函 (Advance Payment Guarantee) 银行应客户申请向工程承包项目中的业主或商品买卖中的买方出具的，保证申请人在业主或买方支付预付款后履行合同义务的书面文件。

6. 融资保函 (Financing Guarantee) 银行应借款人申请向贷款人出具的，保证借款人履行借贷资金偿还义务的书面文件。
