2基本程序犹太认证的基本程序为：申请中国食品厂商填写Kosher认证申请表，报送 Kosher认证中国联络处；检查Kosher认证机构派犹太Rabbi检查工厂以下内容：1．申请表上的配料与仓库中的配料是否一致；2．考察设备状况，要求设备干净、生产工艺符合Kosher法规；3．若有其他用于生产非Kosher产品的配料，要求其与Kosher产品不得互相污染；3犹太教义犹太食品是根据犹太教的膳食法令生产的，严禁使用猪肉等原料。

另外有一些原料必须在经过特殊制作后才能食用。

犹太法规基于犹太教义，通常由以下四点组成：犹太认证第一个法规和动物有关。

唯一可以食用的哺乳动物是反刍并有分蹄的动物，可以吃牛肉，而不允许吃猪肉和马肉，这点与穆斯林在Halal的饮食禁忌法规类似。

Kosher认证验厂前的准备工作
A、仓库的清洁（包括成品库、半成品库、原料库等）
B、生产车间的清洁（包括地面、墙面、工作台、操作工具、相关设备等）
C、场区卫生：（包括地面保持干净，场区堆放物品摆放整齐）
可以便于“拉比”能具体了解工厂各部门的工作情况，（如原料库、成品库等）能及时找到相关的负责人员。

Kosher 认证主要是针对原材料和生产工艺，因此为了让“拉比”更全面了解到全程的生产流程和工艺操作，验厂当天工厂要正常生产。

对于工厂本身，会有相对的专业术语，配备一名懂生产工艺流程的翻译，可以避免因翻译不准确，让“拉比”产生不必要的误会，从而延迟发证时间。

在“拉比”验厂期间，可以随时和工厂负责人保持联系，如有问题，便于及时沟通。

食品添加剂行业kosher认证加工要求引言：食品添加剂是指用于改善食品品质、延长食品保存期、便于食品加工和增加食品营养成分的一类化学合成或天然物质。

食品添加剂是为改善食品色、香、味等品质，以及为防腐剂和加工工艺的需要而加入食品中的化合物质或者天然物质。

一、认证费用：提交申请，才能确定报价二、认证周期：一个月之内，视具体情况定三、证书有效期：一年四、证书有效性：全球通用五、认证程序：（1）客户将Kosher认证申请表提供给Kosher认证机构；审核通过确定可以拿到证书以后，总部确定总费用，出电子版合同，发给客户签订，有客户打印签订一式两份合同，快递至美国总部。

合同每一页左下角方框内，需要手写签名，第八页（by：手写签名，Print name:手写中文的公司名称。

Title：不用填写。

Date：需要注明签订的日期），同时出美金发票。

验厂前可以一次性付完全款，也可以预付验厂费用。

（2）Kosher认证机构派“拉比”考察工厂，验厂通过后，工厂付完余款。

检察官根据验厂的具体情况，确定是否需要2次以上的验厂。

（3）考察合格，总部根据验厂结果进行评估，大概在验厂结束后1-2周内，颁发电子版证书给客户（电子版证书有产品名称、编码，拉比签字，可以正常使用）。

然后邮寄纸质版证书（纸质版证书没有产品名称，只是一个象征性的证书）。

（4）第二次验厂。

六、验厂主要检查什么：a.申请书上的原材料与仓库中的原料是否一致；b.考察设备状况，要求设备干净，生产工艺符合Kosher认证法规；c.若有其他用于生产非Kosher认证产品的配料，要求其与Kosher认证产品不得相互污染。

一、OU认证介绍犹太正教联盟（OU）按照犹太饮食教规对食品、辅料和添加剂进行认证，此种认证又称为“洁食认证（KOSHER）”。

通过OU认证的公司，可以在其生产的食品上使用国际最著名的、被广泛认可的“洁食认证（KOSHER）”标记。

“洁食认证（KOSHER）”已使250, 000种食品在国际市场上增加了销售额，拓展了市场。

犹太食品认证是一种宗教认证,现场绝不可以有动物油脂和毛发。

需要认证的原料、辅料不可以和其他原材料混放。

Kosher（洁净）和Non-Kosher（非洁净）食物的区分标准大致如下：走兽中，反刍的偶蹄目动物，如羊、牛等，是Kosher的；奇蹄目动物，如猪、兔、骆驼等，是Non-Kosher。

水生动物中有鳞、鳍的鱼类为Kosher；无鳞、鳍的虾、贝类等，为Non-Kosher。
