本单元围绕动物这一话题展开教学活动，本节课通过描述动物和表达对动物的喜好，来展开各项教学活动。

主要知识点有动物名称，形容词和why 引导的特殊疑问句，Section A做为本单元的基本教学内容。

通过图文观察和听说活动，引领学生进入参动物园的情景，让学生从中了解各种动物的名称、产地和习性，并学会用英语表达对他们的喜恶。

结合课标对七年级的要求，我确定本节课为一节听说课。

所以我将从听懂熟悉话题，描述图片和参与表演来展开活动，同时关注学生的情感，培养学生的自信心，提高对英语学习的积极性做到工具性与人性的统一，在培养综合运用能力基础上，提高学生人文素养。

基于以上分析，我确定了本节课的教学目标。
