货物质量问题外贸函电索赔函范文一、题目。
假设你是ABC贸易公司的进口业务负责人Jack。

二、解析。
1. 格式方面。
索赔函一般要有明确的称呼,如“Dear Sir/Madam”或者具体公司联系人。
