和机会，从每一次作业、每一次小测验抓起，使学生知道文字不仅是写 给自己看的，更重要的写给别人看的。如果字迹潦草，不规范，别人看 不清楚，那就失去了他书写的价值，甚至在考试时因书写而失分。同时， 言传身教，以身作则，从规范板书、让学生把写好每一个字母、单词和 句子变成一种良好的学习习惯。

通过学习新课程标准理念，深刻领会英 语课程的要求。小学英语教学是让学生通过 听、说、动唱具备一定的语言基础，并获得 初步的听说读写能力和一定的语感。基于小 学生的心理特点，以及新课标的要求，小学 英语教学应该以提高兴趣为主，结合自己的 教学实践谈谈对英语教学的几点体会：

语法知识欠缺等情况，我选择一种积极地心态看待学生身上存在的这些 缺点和问题，因为如果对学生的错误百般挑剔，学生的自信心便会在老 师的批评中一点点丧失，如此一来，肯定会影响英语教学效果 因此，当 学生在学习上出现问题时，我注重理性分析，辩证地看待，不给学生 “泼冷水”，通过循循善诱，真诚相待在学生的心田播下自信的种子， 为学生学好英语奠定良好的心理基础。
2，其义自见” 英语教学也不例外。只有反复朗读，多多 背诵，才能积累大量的语言信息，丰富学生的英语词汇量，在阅读、写 作时，信手拈来，有话可说。教学中，我充分利用上课之前及英语课上 的5-10分钟时间，让学生放声朗读，并指导学生把课文中的重点句子和 习惯用语，熟读成诵。朗读和背诵中，要求学生做到眼到、口到、耳到、 心到，努力克服朗读拖音、语调过平等问题，每天让学生回家听读15分 钟以上英语，让家长监督并签名，从而提高学生的听说读能力。
