I'm so proud of my brother and in a few years, it will be my turn to work hard on English to follow in his footsteps. I just finished 4th grade and I can't wait to tell you all about my super fun school life! Get ready for an awesome adventure!I wake up at 6:30am every morning because school starts at 8am. I don't mind waking up early though, because I love seeing all my friends and learning new things every day. My mom makes me a yummy breakfast like oatmeal or eggs before the school bus comes at 7:15am. The bus ride is really entertaining because me and my buddies play games and tell jokes the whole time!When I get to school, the first thing I do is hang up my backpack and lunchbox in my colorful cubby. Then I put away my homework folder and get out a fresh notebook for the day. Our classroom is so bright and welcoming, with big windows, a reading corner full of beanbags, and tons of posters and student art projects all over the walls.The morning always starts with our teacher Mrs. Roberts reading us a book out loud while we sit "criss-cross applesauce" on the big rug. Her favorite books are the silly ones that make everyone laugh really hard. Once she's done reading, we go over the schedule for the day written on the whiteboard. Every day is different which makes it super exciting!My favorite subject is math because I'm a total brainiac when it comes to numbers and problem-solving. I love raising my hand and racing my friends to solve the questions Mrs. Roberts writes out for us. Even when the math is really challenging, I never give up because I know it will just make my brain stronger, kind of like exercising a muscle!Science is pretty awesome too, especially when we get to do fun experiments. Last month we made miniature volcanoes out of baking soda and vinegar an。
