师的督促才会有所作为。
也有个别学生属于不思进取型,积极性和主动性极差。
四、教学方法
1、首先要从思想上扭转学生以往的不良学习习惯和态度,培养学生自觉的学习习惯,动脑的优良习惯,课堂上精讲多练。
即将面临的是中考,学生的态
度变化多变极不稳定,要动员好学生做好思想工作。
2、根据学生各人的具体情况,要求各自提出明确的学习目标,并督促为实现目标切实地刻苦学习。
3、每堂课一定注意当堂的学习效果,突出重点难点,务必要求学生掌握必须掌握的基本的东西。
每天都要布置作业。
对英语而言记忆背诵是很重要的,
应采取各种不同的方法和手段每天跟踪复习,随意抽查。
4、教学过程应突出学生的主动性,指导学生主动地获取知识,科学地训练技能,全面提高综合应用能力。
要提倡灵活多样的教学方式,鼓励运用探究性、启发式和讨论式的学习方式。
5、重视创设英语学习的环境,沟通课本内外、课堂内外、学校内外的联系,拓宽学习渠道,增加学生应用的机会。
作文教学与阅读教学相结合,在写作中
学阅读,阅读中学写作。
6、利用课外
外时间进行培优补差、抓两头,促中间。
把学生分成两类,中上学生提高括充
知识点,中后学生有一定潜力的,提高和发展的空间较大,以抓好基础知识为重。
缩小两极差异兼顾整体共同进步。

五、复习进度与复习内容
第一轮复习阶段(20xx年2月末—4月末)
内容:七、八、九年级共五册英语教材的初步复习工作,单词第一次全面
复背。
复习方法:教师辅导——学生强化记忆与训练,以课本为中心,关注重点
词汇,词组。
第二轮复习阶段(20xx年5月初—5月末)
内容:整个初中英语教材所学内容,进行专项全面复习。
复习方法:教师系统讲解——专项训练。
第三轮复习阶段(20xx年6月1日—6月12日)
内容:综合复习英语这一学科所学习过的全部内容,主要以综合测试为主。
复习方法:在第一、二轮复习训练的基础上进行综合训练,以学生为主,
对所复习的知识重新整理,查漏补缺。
通过精心设计的综合练习,彻底消除学
生的模糊意识,强化考点。
让学生互相阅卷,开展讨论,不懂的或不清楚的问题再由老师最后定夺,加深印象。
第四轮复习阶段(20xx年6月13日—中考前)
内容:模拟训练。
复习方法:模拟训练是考前大练兵,是中考前的热身训练阶段。
运用一些模拟题,模拟考试时间、考场要求、答题方式等,对学生进行应考、应试技巧的训练,培养学生的临场发挥能力和应变能力。
六、考前心理辅导
针对具体个性不同的学生,给予不同的心理辅导,排除他们的考前紧张心理。

它一眼望去,小小的庵门亮起一个小世界,那两株为陪伴它而等候数百年的圆柏,于沧桑中潜生奇崛、苍劲的虬枝,照焕岁月的光芒。
春冬之时,等风来,
等小雨飘洒,一股梅花的香迎了过来,拂过行人的肩,贴着它,泛出温润的笑
意和光,让人也心生端庄与慈祥。
还有那古井、亭子、石径、山石、果树等交
叉环绕,似乎只有赞叹才能应景了。
设若携一身惶灼而来,在这幽僻之处清凉,沉潜时光,再轻松而去,应是畅然。
而对于一个“身在福中不知福”的人,如我,大抵因可便宜观赏而更多感觉到
了寡淡、不稀奇。
诚然,草庵仍是我时常光顾的所在。
清明节的那个周末,为了陪儿子完成一篇登山日记,我们又去了草庵。

是在庵前的空地上停留、四处张望,继而复入寺中瞻仰摩尼光佛的尊座,读读
石柱上的对联,做若有引动之状。
