Teaching Plan—B1U2 Reading for Writing Content analysisThe main content of this section is to “to write an email about travel plan” and familiarize students with the major points it contains.The text in Activity 1 is an email about a travel plan. In Activity 2, students will focus on the organization of the email.They will notice the structure of an email, which includes “Email Address, Greeting, Body, Close and Signature” as illustrated clearly in the textbook. They will also understand how to organize the information logically and express their emotions accurately. In Activity 3, a complete writing process of a travel plan is provided, which includes identifying the writing purpose, drafting a travel plan, revising the email and finally completing the writing. In Activity 4, students will be asked to present their assignments in class.
