一、前言
在21世纪的今天，英语在国际交流与对外活动中发挥着越来越大的作用，作
为新时代的大学生,学好英语,流畅口语是顺应社会发展所必备的素质。为了提高
在校大学生的口语水平,丰富同学们的业余生活, 展示学生的风采，增强学生学
习英语的兴趣同时增强校园英语学习的良好氛围,我社团决定在五月举行英语演讲比赛。
二、活动目的
〈1〉提高同学学习英语的积极性，特别是提高对英语口语训练的积极性。
〈2〉丰富学生的课余生活。
〈3〉为学生提供一个学习和交流英语学习的平台，共同进步。
〈4〉加深对英语口语的重要性的认识。
〈5〉通过举办该活动，为广大英语爱好者提供一个互相交流和学习的机会。
三、活动细则
1、活动名称：英语演讲比赛
2、活动主题：if you were the next confucius
3、活动时间：5月22日初赛，5月29日决赛
4、活动对象：语言文学学院全体学生

四、比赛内容及规则
比赛分初赛和决赛。
初赛：
（1）已备演讲（prepared speech）限时：3分钟
（2）才艺展示（talent show）限时：1分钟
（3）现场问答（question answers）评委提问选手即兴回答。限时：2分钟
（4）评审团代表对此次比赛及选手表现做出简单点评。嘉宾介绍英语学习心得
决赛：
1、比赛环节
（1）已备演讲（prepared speech）限时：3分钟
（2）即兴演讲(impromptu speech) 限时: 1分钟
（2）现场问答（question answers）评委提问选手即兴回答。限时：2分钟
（3）评审团代表对此次比赛及选手表现做出简单点评。嘉宾介绍英语学习心得
2、评分规则：
采取公平、公正原则
具体分配如下：已备演讲：4分即席演讲：3分现场问答：3分
比赛三个环节每部分具体评判标准如下：
演讲内容（占40%）：要求紧扣主题，观点鲜明，内容生动，具有创意性，演讲结构清晰，论据充足，逻辑性强；
语言表达（占40%）：要求语音准确，语调准确，表达流畅，富有感染力；综合印象（占20%）：要求仪表大方，举止得体，富有表现力，能够灵活运用表情和身体语言与观众交流。
3.参赛要求：
1、参赛者思想端正，参赛作品积极向上并且语音标准。
2、参赛者具有一定的语音表达能力，感情丰富。
3、演讲题目切合主题，内容积极向上，具有时代气息，体现当代大学生风采。
4、若有配乐或ppt，请自带mp3或u盘。
5、参赛选手到会场后在签到处签到,比赛正式开始后15分钟不到者视为弃权。
6、参赛语言为英文，采用站立式脱稿演讲。
7、参赛选手必须在赛前15分钟入场，找相关人员签到。
8、比赛顺序由抽签决定。
9、比赛开始后，各参赛选手不得无故退出比赛。
五、奖励事项：
名次奖：一等奖一名，二等奖两名，三等奖三名，优胜奖若干名。
六、比赛注意事项
1).所有选手必须按抽号顺序上台演讲，如无法按时参加比赛，则自动放弃比赛资格。
2). 在决赛演讲比赛中，若参赛选手在规定时间内不能完成演讲，评委在打分时将酌情扣分，最多扣除3分。
3). 所有比赛完成后，将颁发个人奖的一、二、三名选手。
七、宣传方式
1.前期宣传
a.海报,横幅,宣传板,网络帖子,广播等常规的宣传方式。
b.在报名活动前，将会举办一个外语协会会员大会，以鼓励外语协会会员积极参赛。
2.中期宣传
a.公布进入初赛的选手名单,并相继公布复赛时间;地点,以及评委团。
b.公布进入决赛的选手名单,并相继公布决赛时间,地点,以及评委团。
c.在公布决赛名单的同时,将会在学校展开以横幅,展板等方式的宣传.以此增加同学们的关注度,并以此激励自己。
3.后期宣传
a.将活动的最终结果以海报形式向全体师生公布.
b.统计本活动的得失之处,作好赛后处理工作. 集思广益，以增进交流，收集意见,促进活动的不断完善和发展。
c.进行活动评估和总结。

天津外国语大学第十四届英语演讲大赛策划书
一、活动目的：为贯彻落实教育部、财政部《关于实施高等学校本
科教学质量与教学改革工程的意见》及《教育部关于进一步深化本科教学改革全面提高教学质量的若干意见》精神，进一步促进我校英语教学质量的提高，更好地培养大学生学习的积极兴和兴趣，提高大学生的英语实际应用能力，并配合天津市第十四届大学生英语演讲竞赛暨2011年“外研社杯”全国英语演讲大赛，我校将继续举办第十四届大学生英语演讲竞赛。二、活动基本准备：
（1）比赛时间：初赛：2011年10月08日下午6点决赛：2011年10月10日下午6点
（2）活动规模及邀请对象：面向天津外国语大学涉外法政学院有意参加此次活动的同学。每位参赛同学带5位亲友团，帮助选手通过初赛第四个环节
（3）演讲主题：“a word that has changed the world”。要求每位选手在本题目下加小标题。注：“a word”可以是一个单词，也可以是一个短语，也可以是一句短句。
（4）比赛地点：天津外国语大学滨海校区1号楼301室。（5）比赛所用语言：英语。
（6）报名时间：2011年9月28日——10月1日（7）报名方式：联系各班负责人
三、比赛流程：初赛：
（1）自我介绍：时长2分钟
（2）个性演讲：选手自己挑选题目进行演讲，时间3分钟
（3）综合知识速答：选手回答四个问题，内容包括中外人物、历史、
地理、语言等知识。（亲友团可帮助回答至多两题）
（4）每5位选手演讲完毕后请一位评委点评，并公布前5位选手的
分数
（5）进入决赛的选手名单另行通知决赛：
（1）自我介绍：才艺展示、ppt+解说时长3分钟
（2）定题演讲：限时三分钟，演讲主题“a word that has changed the world”
（3）回答问题：评委就选手演讲的内容提出问题，选手回答问题的时间不超过1分钟
（4）即兴演讲：选手抽题，准备30秒，演讲时间不超过1.5分钟。（5）综合素质：选择一道由5个单词构成的题目，变成一个故事时长不超过3分钟
（6）每4位选手演讲完毕后请一位评委进行点评，所有选手演讲完毕后公布分数及名次。
四、评分标准及奖励措施：
（1）每位评委老师都会发有一张评分表，老师根据比赛选手的英语口语水平、应变能力、行为礼仪等综合能力为选手打分。（分数保留至小数点后两位，评分标准及评分表见附录）
（2）工作人员在统计每个选手的最后得分，选出两个分数最高的同学代表涉外法政学院去参加校一级的比赛。五、人力资源需要：

一、活动主题：
英语演讲大赛
二、活动理念：
校园生活丰富多彩，这里有你的舞台，有你的挑战。为弘扬校园文化，丰富同学们的课余文化生活，给同学们一个展示自我、锻炼自我、提高自我和激励他人的平台，三峡大学英语协会决定举办英语演讲大赛。我们期待着你的加入，相信充满激情的你会在此与梦想一起飞扬！
三、活动宗旨：
公平公正、扩阔视野、办出特色、发现人才、培养兴趣
四、活动目的:
（一）提高同学学习英语的积极性，特别是提高对英语口语训练的积极性；
（二）丰富同学们的课余生活；
（三）加深对英语口语的重要性的认识；
（四）通过举办活动，为广大英语爱好者提供一个互相交流和学习的机会；
（五）想的外语交流平台。

六、参赛对象：

七、活动内容简介：
（一）初赛：
1、学院选送：由各学院学习部负责选拔2名选手直接进入复赛；
2、个人选拔：选手做2-3分钟自我介绍。
（二）复赛：
1、选手现场抽取短文并朗读；
2、选手分组后临时抽取情景，设计并表演对话；
3、复活环节，在第二轮被淘汰的选手进行与英语相关的才艺表演，由现
场人气决定决赛入围选手。
（三）决赛：
1、即兴演讲，由选手临时抽取话题，做3分钟演讲；
2、个人才艺表演加自我评价。
八、活动流程：
（一）前期准备与宣传：
1、秘书部：:
（1）负责与报名表相关的材料，如：打印“英语演讲大赛报名点“、报
名表格等；
（2）安排报名摆点值勤表，并选定各苑区负责人；
（3）购买比赛用品，准备奖状；
（4）通知协会干部干事活动的具体的时间和地点。
2、学习部：
保持同外国语学院学生会特别是联部联系。
3、宣传部：
（1）制作三块宣传板；
（2）制作宣传单、海报、横幅，宣传本次活动的详细情况，扩大影响力；
4、组织部：
（1）负责活动申请盖章；
（2）负责摆放宣传板（西苑、沁苑、g楼各一块）与贴宣传单、海报和
挂横幅；
（3）提前准备帐篷的租借。
5、外联部：
（1）拉赞助；
（2）购买比赛用品，包括文具、奖状、装饰品、评委用水等；
（3）为观众、选手、评委及主持人准备礼物。

（2）在11月19日将报名摆点值勤表传至群共享，11月21日将最终确
定的值勤表再次上传。
【注】：如若报名摆点值勤表的安排与自己的时间有冲突，需在11月20日内向秘书部反映，以便做出调整。
（二）比赛报名阶段：
设点报名时间为11月22日到11月24日，11月24日至11月27日接受电话和邮件报名。
各部门根据报名摆点值勤表做好摆点工作，各苑区负责人做好监督和协调工作。每个苑区负责人全权负责该苑区的报名事宜，并且把每天的报名信息制成电子档。设点报名结束后把电子档发给科技部，11月28号科技部把所有报名信息汇总，传到群共享。秘书处负责打印报名表。
1、组织部：
与各苑区负责人负责准备帐篷的租借
2、学科部：
整理各苑区报名名单，以及电话和网络报名名单。
3、科技部：
（1）综合报名信息制成电子档；
（2）负责报名点的拍照工作。
（三）赛前准备阶段（通用于初赛，复赛和决赛赛前准备）：
1、秘书部：
负责比赛所需纸制材料的打印，包括签到表、评分表和总分表。
2、习部和主席团：
（1）负责出演讲比赛所需要的题目（复赛的情景设置要求贴近生活，比
如说上课，购物等；决赛的话题主要取至于当今热点问题，如：日本地震，物价上涨，染色馒头等）以及英语知识趣味问答题目；
（2）邀请外院的老师、三峡青年的成员和创新创业指导中心的成员当嘉
宾；
（3）准备活动主持人。
3、宣传部：
赛前负责活动场地的设计与布置
4、组织部：
（1）活动场地的申请；
（2）活动所需器材的申请、租借；
（3）赛前协助宣传部布置活动场地。
5、外联部：
联系、邀请评委。
6、学科部：
赛前协助宣传部布置活动现场。
7、科技部：
（1）制作比赛所需ppt；
（2）收集整理比赛所需的各种电子材料，如图片、音乐和短片等。
（四）比赛中（通用于初赛，复赛和决赛比赛过程）：

（9）颁奖完毕先由所有选手就发表感言；

【前言】
继承和弘扬“詹天佑”精神，激励青年学生热爱祖国，发奋图强，刻苦学习，勇于创新，立志为国家和现代化铁路建设做贡献，激励同学争做詹天佑，超越詹天佑。詹天佑科学技术发展基金会和我校合作建立了詹天佑班，培养既能与国际接轨，又能适应国内、外市场的厚基础、宽口径、外向型、复合型创新人才。
【活动目的】
本次举办兰州交通大学第三届“詹天佑班”英语演讲比赛，旨在在延续上一届比赛的基础上，提高同学们的英语口语水平，提供一个可以展现自我，激励他人的舞台，并且加强詹天佑班学生的奋斗精神和竞争意识。同时扩大詹天佑班的影响力，为全校学生树立良好的榜样，向同学、老师、学院以及学校展示詹天佑班的精神风貌。

【前期准备】
前期宣传：制作海报（或喷绘）2张（一张放宣传海报于图书馆门前，一张决赛海报放于五教门前），横幅1条（挂于比赛地点）；
前期：电脑制作ppt（开场、中场、颁奖3张背景图片，赛前音乐，颁奖音乐，活动结束音乐，参赛选手简介，记时器，即兴演讲题目）；
中期：布置场地，制作奖状，小礼品，饮品，场地布置材料；统分员8名（带计算器、笔、纸），制定即兴演讲题目，打印评分表，评分细则,邀请并接待评委嘉宾，摄影、比赛过程记录；
后期：写报道，收集同学稿件送至广播站，剪辑照片，制作活动花絮，在活动当中收集资料为詹天佑班校园文化艺术节成果展览做准备。
【活动流程】
Ⅰ、初赛
1、于4月7日前向车辆10级詹班报上各班参赛选手名单（09级詹班选出3名学生参加，10级詹班选出5名学生参加，11级詹班选出7名学生参加）共30名选手；
2、于4月7日早晨抽签决定出场顺序；
3、预赛初步定于4月7日举行评选出12名选手进入决赛；
4、预赛包括自由演讲（自由演讲题材不限，时间控制在2分钟内）和提问环节（问题由评委提出）；评分标准附录一

1、主持人开场（介绍选手情况，到场评委、嘉宾，评分规则及与观众互动形式）；
