Lesson4 How Many books Are There?教学目标：1、复习1-100的数字。

教学准备：多媒体教学过程：Step 1: Warm up1、问候T: Hello! Boys and girls! (注意使用复数名词)S: Hello! Teacher!2、复习上节课的方位介词老师摆物体，学生用上节课所学的介词回答。
Step 2: Presentation1、教授重要概念How many ?看第一部分的教学光碟，引入句型How many ? 让学生回答：How many books are there?2、练习句型How many ,总结句型特点。
在小组内练习，可以用卡片，也可以用实物。
小组练习以后，有些学生可能出现将不可数名词放在How many 之后的现象，要给予提示。
请学生总结：How many 句型用来提问数量，How many后面的名词要加s(也就是用复数名词)。
3、介绍“there be”句型，让学生明白他的意思是“有”,并进行对话练习。
4、复习1---100的数字放教学光碟，让学生复习1---100的数字发音，然后总结11---19和20---90的数字构成规律，用教学光碟展示。
着重强调“hundred”的读音。
one hundred two hundred注意：hundred后面不加“s”.Step 3: Classroom tests完成part3 Let’s do it，学生自主完成，然后放教学光碟，教师帮助学生订正。

灵活运用以下句型:How many books are there on my desk ?/ There are eight books .2学情分析这一单元的生词较少,不妨把单词教学的重点转移至名词复数的教学上来。
先以不规那么名词复数的变化为主,之后对名词复数变化的所有规那么、读音进行总结 (包含规那么变化在内)。
为今后的学习打好根底。
本单元的新词需要在语法教学中反复强调强化。
教师应结合There be的训练,有方案地安排对新词的掌握和已学词语的复习,使学生在There be句型的多种形式的训练中,不断使用已学过的词语。
3重点难点重点：1、how many 是固定短语。
意思是“多少〞,用于对可数名词数量的提问。
2、there be 句型意思是“有〞,表示在某地存在(有)某物/某人。
单数的物或人,be动词用is ,两个或两个以上的物或人,be 动词用are。
