以班级为单位提交学生纸质书写作品及纸质复评推荐表。
②学校教科室组织复评(11月20-21日)
年级组组织评委按30%、30%和40%的比例评选出年级一、二、三等奖,并授予获奖学生及优秀指导老师(辅导学生获比赛一等奖的老师)荣誉证书。
2.送稿截止时间:
11月17日(周五)17:00(逾期未交将视作弃权)
五、注意事项
1.竞赛全程不向学生收取任何费用。
2.务必按要求上交参赛作品,超额部分将随机撤出,后果自负。
3.不接受超指标部分作品。
4.比赛过程严禁任何形式的舞弊行为,如冒名顶替、代写等,一经查出将取消参赛选手比赛成绩并予以通报批评。

三年级英语字母规范书写活动方案
一、指导思想
《小学英语课程标准》要求小学生在四线三格本上能够正确、熟练、清楚地书写,做到大小写、笔顺、连笔、词距、标点和格式正确,初步养成良好的书写习惯。
英语的书写有别于汉字的书写,汉字相对较为复杂多变,而英语的书写范围不外乎26个字母,只要26个字母能书写规范,单词、句子乃至文章的书写都能美观、规范。
纵观学生的英语作业,我们发现学生的英语书写情况不容乐观,三线格对于部分学生根本不起任何作用,他们不注意各个字母的占格,写出来的字母不堪入目;部分学生书写歪歪扭扭,还有一部分学生字母与字母、单词与单词没有间距,因此开展这次规范小学生英语字母书写活动,希望通过这次活动提高小学生英语书写能力。
二、活动对象:全体三年级学生
三、活动内容和方式
书写内容为按顺序书写英语26个字母大小写形式。
统一发放书写用纸,各班将学生作品统一要求,于12月19日上交小学英语教研组,然后由各位评委老师打分,评选出一、二、三等奖。
四、奖项设置
一等奖二名,二等奖四名,三等奖六名。
