ES100能源计量控制器具有多种网络通信方式,仪表地址及通信波特率可通过窗口参数调整。

使用之前,请详细阅读本手册一. 概述热导式流量开关是基于热交换原理设计的,探头内置发热模块及感热模块,热传导同介质的流速密切相关,如果管道内没有介质流动,则感热模块接收到的热是一个固定值,当有介质流动时,感热模块所接受到的热将随介质的流速变化而变化。
测量时,由发热模块发热,感热模块感测温度,流量开关将这个温差信号转化成对应的电信号,从而对介质的流量进行显示(由指示灯指示)及控制。
流量开关的流量探头和信号处理器一体化集成,探头采用特殊抗结垢涂层,抗污能力更强;六个LED 指示灯显示当前流速状态;开关动作值可以通过调节相应的调节螺钉进行调整;同时还提供可供选择的晶体管或继电器的输出形式。
为达到更好的密封效果,又便于动作点的整定,本产品特别采用全密封调整结构,在不影响产品密封的前提下直接调节外部的调节螺钉即可完成整定,更便于现场使用。

一,基本原理
热式流量开关是利用探测头温度变化的原理设计。
在探头内置发热传感器及感热传感器,并与介质接触。
测量时发热传感器发出恒定的热量,当管道内没有介质流动感热传感器接收到的热量是一个恒定值,当有介质流动时感热传感器所接收到的热量将随介质的流速变化而变化,感热传感器将这温差信号转化成电信号再经过电路转化为对应的接点信号或模拟量信号。

1.无需配备管段和法兰,丝扣连接。

三,菜单结构说明
1.数码管显示“000”箭头按SET键显示“550”箭头再按“+”键调节参数为“553”按SET键进入标定状态箭头此时显示“A60”倒计时60秒箭头然后务必打开水阀门或者水泵,使水流动,待倒计时完毕,显示屏此时会闪烁箭头此时把水阀门或者水泵关闭水不流动。
显示屏显示“C60”待倒计时60秒,此时标定完毕!
2.按SET键显示“550”再按“+”键调节参数为“551”此参数用来调节流量百分比,(默认值为50如无特殊需求无需改动)也可
通过调节此参数如“30-40-60”来改变启动继电器反应的快慢,调节值越小反应越快,反之越慢。

管道两法兰面不平行或者流量计两端管道不同轴都会产生应力。
c.测量液体时传感器测量管部分朝下,测量气体时朝上。
测液体时最低点安装或安装在上升流段。
测气体时高点安装或安装在下降流段。
尽量不要旗式安装。
d.传感器应安装在调节阀上游,应远离泵、大功率电机。
e.传感器两边工艺管道应加支撑,如管道振动剧烈应用软连接隔离振动。
f.传感器外壳必须悬空,不能与地面、墙面伴热管道等接触,地面与传感器外壳之间不能有支撑物。
g.流量计上下游应设置截止阀并设置旁通,因为流量计再首次投用时需要调零,在传感器出现故障时也需要拆下调校或维修。
2.变送器安装注意事项:a.应安装在方便观察、操作、维护和拆装的地方,分体式应距离传感器尽量近一些。
b.注意避免阳光直射,尤其不能直射显示屏,会影响显示屏正常寿命。
c.远离大功率电机。
切记不能安装在振动基座上。
安装地点环境温度不能高于50℃。
注:变送器与传感器必须一一对应,他们的出厂编号是对应的,如果搞混了对精度影响可能很大!3.接线注意事项:a.电源线和信号线连接请打开后盖进行连接,注意电源端子的电源标志,如24VDC 误接220VAC将导致变送器电源板损坏。
流量开关用途流量开关就是依据流量来指令系统的开关的。
给流量开关设定上限或者下限,当流量达到此次限定值时,流量开关发出信号或报警,系统将运行或停止。
一般要求流量的系统会采纳流量开关。
依据系统的不同,以及流量开关型号等因素的不同,使用的地方也不同,要依据详细状况而定。
流量开关工作原理水流量开关工作原理当水流开关内有水流淌,水流量≥1.0L/min 时,水流开关内的磁芯受水流推动产生位移,磁芯位移带动磁源产生磁控作用使水流开关输出“通”信号。
流量开关快易优自动化选型有收录,该信号输入设备掌握系统,经掌握系统实现掌握作用,当水流量小于启动流量时,水流开关输出“断”的信号。
掌握系统产生与上述相反的掌握作用。
换句话说就是:水流开关当管路中的水流量大于1L/min流量时,磁芯在水流作用下产生位移并带动磁源产生磁控作用使传感器输出"1"开关信号,该信号输入到设备掌握系统,经功率扩放大后实现以水流量掌握的目的。
当管路中的水流量小于1L/min流量后,磁芯在复位弹簧推力作用下带动磁源回位,使传感器输出"0"开关信号,停止系统的工作。
流量开关具有灵敏度高、耐久性强等优点。

安装位置挡板式流量开关的安装位置一般安装在水泵出水口到设备出水口的这段管路中,不能安装在水泵的吸入口的管路上,这样会使水泵无法正常吸水,水流开关也无法打开,对于这点需要特殊留意。
