使用工具:S=5mm 的内六角扳手图4: 装配完毕后,把执行器支架上的两个指示环(红色、蓝色各一个),并紧到指针位置,这样执行器和调节阀体的装配就完成了。

能够接收PLC、DDC等控制器的控制信号,可方便对各环路的流量、温度进行自动控制,实现能量的合理利用,起到节约能源的作用。

五、 接线图六、产品调试说明1. 各短路插座功能说明:(1) W1:0% 50% 100% 三档。
当插座J1的输入(- +两端),因故障无信号输入时,阀杆可自动走到的位置;(2) 0%:当选择阀杆伸时,阀杆向上运动到最顶端(全缩);选择阀杆缩时,阀杆向下运动到最低端。
(全伸);(3) 50%:选择此档,阀杆动行到中间位置。
(4) 100%:当选择阀杆伸时,阀杆向上运动到最底端(全伸);选择阀杆缩时,阀杆向下运动到最低端。
(全缩);(5) W4:mA V 二档。
与输入信号类型配合选择插座J1的输入信号(- +两端)的信号类型。
2. J1插座的功能说明(1) O2:当其与T2(或-)相连时,阀杆向上运动到最顶端(全缩)。
阀杆伸或缩的不同选择对其无影响。

流闭:在节流口,介质的流动方向向着阀关闭方向流动(与阀开的方向相反)时,叫流闭。
气关:对于CV3000系列来说,气源压力增加时,推杆向下移动,阀芯处于关的位置时,叫气关。
(一般从上方进气)。
气开:对于CV3000系列来说,气源压力增加时,推杆向上移动,阀芯处于开的位置时,叫气开。
(一般从下方进气)。
可调比:调节阀所能控制的最大流量(Qmax)与最小流量(Qmin)之比,称为调节阀的可调比。
流量特性:被调介质流过阀门的相对流量(Q/Qmax)与阀门的相对行程(l/L)之间的关系称为调节阀的流量特性。
(直线流量特性、等百分比流量特性、快开流量特性)流量系数:在调节阀前后压差为100Kpa流体密度为1000kg/m3的条件下每小时通过阀门的流体数量(m3)5.调节阀的日常维护1.调节阀对气源要求:气关式0.14-0.4MPa,气开式:0.14-0.24 MPa,要求压缩空气干燥,压力稳定.切断阀的对气源要求: 要求压缩空气干燥,压力稳定.气源压力在0.4-0.7 MPa.2.调节阀工作的现场环境:用于温度-30-60度,应远离连续振动的设备,当安装在有振动的场合时,应采取防振措施,用于高粘度,易结晶,易汽化,低温流体时,应采取保温和防冷措施.3.调节阀现场防护:调节阀上的所有螺丝,阀芯上要抹油脂防锈,气动调节阀的膜室油漆要完好,有掉漆,生锈的部位要及时除锈刷漆以防膜室锈穿.调节阀的进线要固定好,不要让进线处于自由壮态. 在室外运行的电动调节阀,气动切断阀要做有防水罩,气动调节阀膜室上的排气口的防水盖要完好,若没有可用卡套接头做一个防水排气盖.4.调节阀的调校4.1气动调节阀的调校1、校正比例臂位置:(1)将外调整螺母按执行机构的行程固定于比例臂相对应的刻度上,并将滚轮置于槽板内,使之能自由滚动,又不致脱出,板槽应水平安装。
气动阀门执行器的控制方式及工作原理气动执行器结构在实际工业生常和工业控制中,用来控制气动执行机构的方法也很多,常用的有以下几种。
(一)基于单片机开发的智能显示仪控制智能显示仪是用来监测阀门工作状态,并控制阀门执行期工作的仪器,它通过两路位置传感器监视阀门的工作状态,判断阀门是处于开阀还是关阀状态,通过编程记录阀门开关的数字,并且有两路与阀门开度对应的4~20mA输出及两足常开常闭输出触点。
通过这些输出信号,控制阀门的开关动作。
根据系统的要求,可将智能阀门显示仪从硬件上分为3部分来设计:模拟部分、数字部分、按键/显示部分。
1、模拟电路部分主要包括电源、模拟量输入电路、模拟量输出电路三部分。
电源部分供给整个电路能量,包括模拟电路、数字电路和显示的能源供应。
为了实现阀门开读的远程控制,需要将阀门的开度信息传送给其他的控制仪表,同时控制仪表能从远方制定阀门为某一开度,系统需要1路4~20mA的模拟量输入信号和1~2路4~20mA的模拟量输出信号。
模拟量输入信号通过A/D转换变成与阀门开度相对应的数字信号后送给数字部分的单片机,在单片机中对它进行滤波处理后就可以输出了。
阀门的开度信息通过D/A转换后变成模拟信号输出,用来接显示仪显示阀门开度或连接其他的控制设备。
在本设计系统中,所有的数字量数据均采用串行的输入输出方式,为了节省芯片资源和空间,输入的4~20mA 的模拟量在转化为数字量时,采用已有的4路DA芯片与单片机的系统资源相结合作8位的AD使用。
2、数字电路部分主要包括:单片机、掉电保护、两路监测脉冲输入信号、两路常开常闭转换触点输出。
在设计方案中选用目前普遍使用的51系列单片机AT89C4051。
AT89C4051是一款低电压、高性能的CMOS8位微控制器,它具有4K字节的可擦除、可重复编程的只读闪存。
通过在单芯片内复合一个多功能的8位CPU闪存,在性能、指令设定和引脚上与80C51和80C52完全兼容。
