Dear all,I'm Li Hua from Class 3 Grade 9. I'd like to share with you what our school has done to reduce carbon emissions and its positive effect.Firstly, we turned off the lights when we left the classroom or office, which saved a lot of electricity. Some students even brought candles to school and used it when the lighting was not needed.Secondly, we planted about 120 trees around the school. It not only provided us with fresh and pure air, but also beautified our environment.Thirdly, we encouraged students to ride bikes or walk to school instead of driving or taking buses.
