HONEYWELL流量传感器工作原理:——霍尼韦尔honeywell模拟式气体质量流量传感器(HAF 系列--高精度),能够为读取的满量程流量范围和温度范围内的气体质量流量提供模拟界面。
工业流量测量普遍存在着大管径、大流量测量困难的问题,这是因为一般流量计随着测量管径的增大会带来制造和运输上的困难,造价提高、能损加大、安装不仅这些缺点,超声波流量计均可避免。
因为各类超声波流量计均可管外安装、非接触测流,仪表造价基本上与被测管道口径大小无关,而其它类型的流量计随着口径增加,造价大幅度增加,故口径越大超声波流量计比相同功能其它类型流量计的功能价格比越优越。
被认为是较好的大管径流量测量仪表,多普勒法超声波流量计可测双相介质的流量,故可用于下水道及排污水等脏污流的测量。
在发电厂中。
温度、压力、密度它们是选择传感器提供的重要参数,特别是在工况下的参数,对于气体流量还应了解其体积流量是工作状态,还是标准状态。
流体类型流体分为液体、气体、蒸汽。
有些传感器(如电磁式)不能测气体;插入热式则不能测液体。
——水流量传感器主要由铜阀体、水流转子组件、稳流组件和霍尔元件组成。
它装在热水器的进水端用于测量进水流量。
当水流过转子组件时,磁性转子转动,并且转速随着流量成线性变化。
霍尔元件输出相应的脉冲信号反馈给控制器,由控制器判断水流量的大小,调节控制比例阀的电流,从而通过比例阀控制燃气气量,避免燃气热水器在使用过程中出现夏暖冬凉的现象。
水流量传感器从根本上解决了压差式水气联动阀启动水压高以及翻板式水阀易误动作出现干烧等缺点。
它具有反映灵敏、寿命长、动作迅速、安全可靠、连接方便启动流量超低(1.5L/min)等优点,深受广大用户喜爱。
插入式流量传感器工作原理是基于法拉第电磁感应定律。
在电磁流量传感器中,测量管内的导电介质相当于法拉第试验中的导电金属杆,上下两端的两个电磁线圈产生恒定磁场。
当有导电介质流过时,则会产生感应电压。

THE NEEDSEvides Waterbedrijf required measurement of turbidity and flow to monitor water quality in the distribution network and manage the network. Until recently, this data had been recorded manually and analysed with outdated equipment. This process no longer fitted with the strategic pillar “digitising primary processes” which was an important aim of the Netherlands water provider. During the measurement process, turbidity, flow and GPS location were all recorded and logged in real-time from the field.
