教师是课堂的主角,学生是听众,学生自由练习很少,口语、听力非常差。
现在我们要转变这种模式,在课堂上以学生为主体,把主动权还给学生。
那么怎样才能使学生在课堂中处于主体地位,提高学习效率呢?可以从以下四方面入手:1、在教学中应把时间和空间多留给学生合作学习前给学生独立思考的时间。
没有独立思考就进行合作学习,合作学习将流于形式,质量不高。
有准备的讨论交流,才可能是高质量的交流。
提出一个探究性的问题,给学生思维空间。
给学生自主学习的时间和空间。
在课堂教学中,时间是最重要的学习资源。
一个教师对时间如何分配,直接反映这个教师的教学观。
探究的问题性、实践性、参与性和开放性决定了探究学习必须有充分的自主学习时间,否则就是一句空话。
2、精心设计教学环节,激发学生学习的主动性学生学习的主动性主要在于老师的调动。

这就需要我们教师在平时的教学中要善于反思,从自己上过的每一节课中反思,找到应该改进的地方;从听过的每一节课中反思,寻找应该学习的地方。

郭水源老师给我们做了一个长达三小时的讲座,从如何设定课堂教学目标,到课堂观察实践与探索以及小组合作低效成因探索,在理论和实践上都给了我们很大启示。
无论是哪个方面的讲解,郭老师都是从理论上说明后,再举出一个个具体的教学实践。
这说明郭老师和他带领的教学团队都是在一堂堂实际教学中不断总结摸索,才得出了这些系统的理论知识。
我们作为教学一线的教师,最富有就是教学实践经验,但缺乏将其进一步地总结和升华。

同时在教导学生的时候不能顺着学生的脾气让学生自己去学习,我们更应该给他们更多的指点与辅佐,因为小学生很多都没有自主学习能力,自控能力也非常差,想要让他们有所作为,能够有更好的成绩就要让他们能够有更大的发展给他们更多的成长空间,在每次上课的时候最好是把学过的英语单词回忆一遍,然后我们也要检查学生的记忆单词的情况,让学生能够自如的把单词记在心里,学生不知道主动学习我们就主动给学生增加压力给他们更多的指点,让他们有更多的机会学习更多的东西,每天需要学习的事情也都不会在如同以往一定会好好的做好,保证自己不再犯错。
在教学的时候要拉近与学生的感情,让学生愿意听老师讲课,愿意去努力做好自己的工作任务,与学生相处的时候既要有老师的威严,同时也要能够与学生和睦交流把学生们的需求了解通透,把在教学中存在的问题通过与学生沟通了解清楚,不在犯同样的错误保证每一次工作都有更好的收获,不在纠结与学生的表现。
对于犯错事情的学生不能一味的惩罚,而是要让他们长记性,不要一直犯错,给他们机会并且要及时纠正他们的灌顶,培养他们正确的人生观价值观。
让学生能够分辨出更多的是非对错。

在今年的九月份,我很荣幸地成为了晋中学院的
一名教师,带着自己新的理想和人生目标开始了新的
人生征程。学校为了使我们新教师尽快适应学校的教
学工作,从10月下旬开始,在每个周末特地对我们进
行了为期二十多天的岗前培训。这次新教师培训的内
容十分丰富,包括对高等教育心理学、高等教育学、
教师职业道德修养、师德师风、教学工作规范和教法
经验交流等方面的系统学习。在这段期间我对“教师”
的职业有了更全面的解读。
通过培训,我得到了很大的收获,现将自己的心
得体会总结如下:
首先,培训使我对教师这一职业有了更加明确的
认识。通过北大孟二东教授、王选教授、哈工大马祖
光教授等一批优秀教师先进事迹的学习,使我深刻地
认识到:首先,教师是文化的传递者。“师者,所以传
道、授业、解惑也”,这是从知识传递的角度来反映教

形的、不可估量的,教师要真正成为学生的引路人。
第三,教师是管理者。教师要有较强的组织领导、管
理协调能力,才能使教学更有效率,更能促进学生的
发展。第四,教师是父母。作为一名教师,要富有爱
心,教师对学生的爱应是无私的、平等的,就像父母
对待孩子,所以我们说教师是父母。并且,教师还要
善于发现每一个学生的闪光点和发展需要。第五,教
师是朋友。所谓良师益友,就是强调教师和学生要交
心,师生之间的融洽度、亲和力要达到知心朋友一样。
最后,教师是学生的心理辅导者。教师必须要懂教育
学、心理学、健康心理学等,应了解不同学生的心理
特点、心理困惑、心理压力等,以给予及时的帮助和
排解,培养学生健康的心理品质。
其次,培训为我即将面临的实际工作提供了许多
方法和策略。在培训中,几位从事教育多年、教学经
验丰富的老教师根据自己的实际经验给我们介绍了一
些当好大学教师的要点和方法,给我留下了深刻的印
象。在谈到教师的发展问题上,几位校领导都强调了
适时调整和更新自身知识结构、终身学习的做法;在谈

如何加强教师之间团结合作的方法。通过这些,我们
认识到教师在上课过程中要多加思考,适时改进教学

色多少有些怯懦,而本次培训中,学校领导和培训指
导老师也十分注意我们的这种心理的变化,他们的讲
话,从头到尾始终贯穿一个中心,那就是充满对新教
师的鼓励。其一是鼓励我们要赶快适应学校的教学环
境、生活环境、人际关系环境等,其二是鼓励我们要
