1.ATM-------AUTO TELLER MACHINE (自动柜员机)。
2.ATM包括的主要模块包括:主机箱、交流电源、直流电源、显示器、读卡器、点钞机、客户打印机、流水打印机、客户键盘及功能键、操作员键盘。
3.现工行北京分行所使用的NCR ATM主要是56XX系列及58XX系列的产品。
5675型(56系列大堂式,颜色为土黄色。
无操作员面板,客户打印机是针打式的。

TO Disk 到磁盘2. TO Printer 到打印机工商行操作员培训资料打开电源后,系统自动启动进入客户服务画面,屏幕上出现“请插入卡”及广告等画面,NCR的ATM需确定置于客户服务状态才进入客户服务画面。
NCR:大堂式ATM的顶盖或穿墙式ATM的后盖里面有一个开关可分别置于“Normal”或“Supervisor”端。

2.CassNo:1、2等代表钞箱的逻辑号,与钞箱的物理位置无关,Position:代表钞箱的物理位置,1表示最上面的钞箱。
3.加钞过程中,如果钞箱的状态不正确,那么系统将跳过该钞箱,而不会为它加钞,如果输入正确,将会出现为下一个钞箱加钞画面,即Position的值会增加。
4.当所有状态正确的钞箱加钞完后,加钞数据显示完毕确认后,系统自动对钞箱执行清通道(CLEAR DISPENSER)功能,各钞箱各出一张钞票到废钞箱,同时系统会在流水上打印所有钞箱状态及加钞信息。

本功能用于打印ATM本机记录的、自上次加钞以来的出钞情况及交易情况,记录本周期ATM各个钞箱的加钞数、剩余数、出钞数、废钞数,以及每个币种的本行卡与他行卡的取款次数、取款金额,每个币种的转帐次数、转帐金额,每个币种的存款次数、存款金额和吞卡次数等。

3(CLEAR DISPENSER):初始化出钞模块。
ATM 先清除通道,再从每个钞箱出一张钞票到缓冲区,成功后不经过出钞口出钞,而直接进入废钞箱,同时系统打印所有钞箱状态及加钞信息4(CASH REPLENISHMENT):加钞。
对ATM的所有钞箱进行加钞时,执行此功能。
管理员每次加钞时,先询问是否进行加钞,按7退出加钞操作,按ENT则执行此功能,先会看到上一周期的交易统计,按ENT执行下一步, 此功能会先执行View ATM Totals,当屏幕上显示Please Add to cassettePress <ENT> when Done此时请拔出钞箱进行加钞,加钞后插入钞箱,按ENT进行下一步, 这时在“New Notes”处输入加钞张数,在“Input New Totals”处输入加钞总金额.注:1.所输入的张数和总额必须符合如下关系:总额=张数*面值,否则系统将会停留在当前钞箱加钞的状态,直到输入正确的值为止。

2)转盘顺时钟转,当转盘号码36第三次对到开锁线时停住。
3)转盘逆时钟转,当转盘号码48第二次对到开锁线时停住。
4)顺时钟转转盘到不能转动为止,扳把手开门。
5)注意:平常保险门关上后,一定要打乱密码,否则密码锁将不起作用。
修改密码步骤:假设新密码为:18 47 321)用原来的密码打开保险柜,将门保持开的状态。
2)把保险柜把手扳到垂直位置,使保险柜门闩处于突出的状态。
2)用旧密码,以开启保险柜的方法转动转盘,将号码依次对准更改线,当最后一个号码对准后停住。
