第二章职员守那么1.1本公司为健全治理制度和组织功能,特依据外商投资企业劳动人事法规和本公司人事政策制定本手册。

1.3 凡本手册所称职员,系指正式被聘于本公司并签订劳动合同或聘用合同者。

聘用职员在三个月试用期满后,凡符合录用条件的外地人员,本公司将按照上海市人才引进的有关规定,为中级职称以上符合引进条件的职员办理引进和户口转移手续。
2.1.2 新职员聘用设有三个月的试用期,销售人员的试用期为6个月。
假如磨擦职员的工作表现不能令上司中意,被证明不符合的录用条件,公司能够在试用期内终止聘用,或将试用期延长,以作进一步观看,但延长期最多不超过三个月。
在试用期内,职员及公司任何一方都可提早五个工作日通知对方,终止聘用关系。
公司为试用期职员签订3-6个月的试用合同。
公司为工作关系和户口关系不能转入公司的人员及退休被聘用人员,签订聘用合同。
2.1.3有以下情形之一者,不得聘用为本公司职员:〔1〕曾经被本公司开除或未经核准而擅自离职者;〔2〕被剥夺公民权益者;〔3〕通缉在案未撤销者;〔4〕受有期徒刑之宣告,尚未结案者;〔5〕经指定医院体检不合格者;〔6〕患有精神病或传染病或吸用毒品者;〔7〕未满16周岁者;〔8〕政府法规定的其他情形者。
2.1.4 应聘人员面试及体检合格后,按照公司录用通知确定的日期、地点、亲自办理报到手续、并应缴验以下证件:〔1〕本人最近一寸证件照片四张;〔2〕本公司指定医院之合格体检表;〔3〕学历、职称证件、身份证;〔正本核对后发还,复印件留存〕〔4〕退工单、劳动手册等前服务单位离职证明。

第二章人力资源部的工作职责一. 核心职能:作为公司人力资源的管理部门,选拔、配置、开发、考核和培养公司所需的各类人才,制订并实施各项薪酬福利政策及员工职业生涯计划,调动员工积极性,激发员工潜能,对公司持续长久发展负责。
二. 工作职责:1制度建设与管理A制订公司中长期人才战略规划;B制订公司人事管理制度,总分公司人事管理权限与工作流程,组织、协调、监督制度和流程的落实。
C核定公司年度人员需求计划、确定各机构年度人员编制计划;D定期进行市场薪酬水平调研,提供决策参考依据;E指导、协助员工做好职业生涯规划。
2机构管理A配合相关部门,做好分支机构选点调研、人才储备、筹备设立等方面工作;B公司系统各级机构的设置、合并、更名、撤销等管理;C制订公司机构、部门和人员岗位职责;D公司及分支机构高级管理人员的考察、聘任、考核、交流与解聘管理;E监督、检查与指导分支机构人事部工作。
3人事管理A员工招聘、入职、考核、调动、离职管理。
B公司后备干部的选拔、考察、建档及培养;C公司干部和员工的人事档案、劳动合同管理;D协助组织各专业序列技术职务的考试与评聘;E提供各类人力资源数据统计及分析;F管理并组织实施公司员工的业绩考核工作。
外企员工手册管理制度第一部分:入职及离职管理1. 入职管理1.1 入职培训在员工正式入职之前,公司将为员工提供全面的入职培训,包括公司文化、制度、工作流程、安全规定等内容。
培训的目的是帮助员工更快地融入团队,提高工作效率。
1.2 入职手续员工入职时需要提交个人身份证、学历证明等相关证件,公司将保密个人信息并妥善保管。

第二部分:工作制度管理1. 工作时间公司实行弹性工作制,员工需按照公司规定的工作时间进行工作,如有特殊情况需请假,须按照公司的请假制度履行相关手续。
2. 薪酬管理公司将根据员工的工作表现、岗位等级等因素制定相应的薪酬标准,确保员工获得合理的薪酬待遇。
公司将按时、足额支付员工工资,严格遵守国家相关劳动法规。

外企岗位责任制度范本第一章总则第一条为了加强公司岗位责任制度建设,明确公司内部各岗位的职责和任务,提高工作效率,根据国家有关法律法规和公司实际情况,制定本制度。
第二条本制度适用于公司内部各岗位,包括管理人员、技术人员、生产人员、销售人员等。
第三条公司各岗位应遵循因事设岗、职责相称,权责一致、责任分明,任务清楚、要求明确,便于考核的原则。
第二章岗位设置与职责第四条公司根据业务需要,设置相应的岗位,并根据岗位职责和工作内容,明确各岗位的职责和任务。
第五条管理人员岗位责任:(一)负责公司各项管理工作的组织实施,确保公司运营的顺利进行;(二)负责组织制定和实施公司各项规章制度,建立健全公司内部控制体系;(三)负责对公司员工进行绩效考核,对员工奖励、处罚进行审核;(四)负责协调公司内部各部门之间的工作关系,保证公司各项工作的高效运行。
第六条技术人员岗位责任:(一)负责公司技术研发工作,不断提高公司产品的技术含量和市场竞争力;(二)负责对生产过程进行技术指导,确保产品质量符合相关标准;(三)负责对公司现有产品进行改进,提高产品性能和降低成本;(四)负责技术文件的编制和管理工作。
第七条生产人员岗位责任:(一)负责公司生产计划的实施,确保生产任务按期完成;(二)负责生产过程中的质量控制,确保产品质量符合相关标准;(三)负责生产设备的维护和保养,确保设备正常运行;(四)负责生产现场的管理工作,保持生产环境的整洁和安全。
第八条销售人员岗位责任:(一)负责公司产品的销售工作,完成公司制定的销售目标;(二)负责开拓新客户,维护老客户,提高公司产品的市场占有率;(三)负责收集市场信息和客户需求,为公司的产品研发和市场营销提供依据;(四)负责销售合同的签订和执行工作。
第三章岗位考核与激励第九条公司建立完善的岗位考核制度,对各岗位的工作绩效进行定期考核,确保各岗位职责的落实。
第十条考核内容包括:工作目标完成情况、工作质量、工作效率、团队协作等方面。
