怎么办呢?经过和王忠明老师的交流,我学了一招“快速读课文比赛”,具体做法是:根据实际情况将一篇课文定一个准确的朗读时间标准如38秒等(时间宜定得适中,大多数同学熟读后可以达到的标准),然后叫同学们熟读课文后分组或个人之间进行比赛。
将枯燥的背诵转换成轻松有趣的比赛,在熟读中达到了记忆的效果。
初中的孩子都有些争强好胜的心理,一时间课堂上会变得书声朗朗。
“要我做”变成了“我要做”,效果挺好的,大家可以试一下。
对表现优秀的小组,可以全班一起送一个“爱的鼓励”。

我设法为学生营造一个宽松、安全、健康的课堂心理环境,让学生感受到被接纳、关注的感觉。
通过眼神、表情、语言及丰富的教学形式,吸引学生的眼睛和耳朵。
对于堂上违纪的学生,老师的“无名火起”只会令他
“恼羞成怒”,而采用“不说破”,不直接批评的体态语,更让学生体会到老师的尊重,宽容、期待和爱心。
课后的自我总结对提高课堂效果也起到不可忽视的作用。
每节课后,我都习惯想一想其中的得与失,成与败,以便更加理性地设计下一节课。
入行以来,我深感教师工作的繁重,一直想方设法减轻学生和自己的负担,探寻优质、高效的教学途径,所获甚微,只能努力提高课堂效果,尽量少留尾巴在课后。
在此,也恳请在这方面有心得的老师多与我交流,共同努力,共同进步。
