在复习前，每位英语教师应对复习内容及复习安排做到心中有数，目标明确。

根据学生实际情况，针对他们在学习上的薄弱环节制定切实可行的复习计划，合理安排复习时间，然后依照计划精心设计好每一节复习课进行有效的复习。

2、串知识：根据各知识点的前后联系将散落于书中的语言点进行整体归纳、小结，帮助学生构建紧密联系的“知识串”。

例如：我们复习动词第三人称单数的时候，除了复习它的构成和应用之外，可以连串地回顾动词的另外两种重要形式——现在分词和过去式的构成及应用，让学生通过对比观察，归纳这些词的不同特点。

这一阶段的复习中，要防止简单的重复，避免面面俱到，应当遵循精讲多练的原则，让学生通过听讲进一步加强理性认识，并能在大脑中将零碎的知识进行整理，形成框架，然后再通过练习在实践中掌握。
