教学准备与之难度相当的带有比较级的课外阅读,单词卡片和教学光盘。
教学过程Step 1 :Warm-up(1)取出Part A 和Part B 中“Let ’s learn”部分的单词卡片,同学之间运用单词卡片上的形容词比较级进行Free talk.可以用“How tall/old/heavy are you? What size are your shoes ?”来引出对话,进而运用younger,older,taler,shorter,heavier,thinner,bigger,smaller等词语来描述身高、年龄、体重以及鞋码的差异。
(2)播放本单元歌曲“My small cat”,然后分组比赛。
Step 2 :Presentation(1)完成图片选择。
观察图片,理解题意,完成简单的图片选择。
(2)组织学生阅读Wu Yifan给Robin讲的故事,学生先做一个快速阅读,能理解故事大意。
(3)组织学生进行第二遍精读短文,并能找出以下问题的答案:A. W hat ’ s the Little Duck ’ s question?B. H ow does the Old Tree answer the Little Duck about the question?C. W hat’s your answer about the question?(4)在学生思考出结果的基础上,小组讨论问题的答案。

Guide the students to be grateful to their parents.二、学情分析此节课面对的是六年级的学生,他们经过了四年的英语学习,单词和句型的储备都达到了一定的量,但也存在了两极分化的问题,因此,我在教学难度的设计上注重了由简到繁,循序渐进,在任务设计时注重阅读能力和写作能力的双提高。
重视英语作为语言的交际功能。

PEP六年级英语下册教学案例Unit1How tall are you? Read and write一、教材分析:本节课是六年级下册第一单元的一节阅读课,本节课分为读、写两部分:第一部分要求学生先完成读前活动,然后读文段,看图片完成读后阅读检测及讨论任务;第二部分为有意义的书写活动:将文段的部分内容改为对话形式。
本节课通过理解小鸭子与老树谈论影子的故事片段,继续巩固形容词比较级的学习,以及让学生理解双重比较级的用法。
通过本节课的学习培养学生能够通过阅读问题在语篇中捕捉不同类型的信息,提高他们的思维能力,并让学生了解影子的变化规律。
二、学情分析:通过前面几节课的学习,学生们对形容词比较级已经有了一定的认识,也有利于本节课学生对双重比较级的理解。
对于六年级的学生来说,他们已经掌握了一定的阅读方法和策略,还有通过平时的练习,学生们已经具备了一定的思维能力和语言输出能力,所以,对于本节阅读课的学习对于大多数学生来说应该不是困难的事。
三、设计理念:本节课本着“以学生为主,教师引导”的原则,以培养学生的兴趣为出发点,设计一系列的教学活动,以提高学生的阅读能力,本节课注重培养学生的阅读方法和策略,锻炼学生的思维能力,努力打造学生喜欢的课堂。
通过自主学习,合作学习等形式引领学生积极参与到学习中,让学生在互动和交流中学会知识,建立自信,感受学习的快乐。
