Operation is subject to the following two conditions:(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and(2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.Connecting the DeviceThe BF-IDU08 device has to be connected to one of the IO-Link-Device ports of an IO-Link-Master unit via standard 4-wire cable with M12 industry connectors (A-coded). The IO-Link-Master unit provides power supply and controls the device over its IO-Link interface connection.Figure 1: System overviewThe IO-Link-Master unit itself needs to be connected to a power supply and the customer's PLC unit. For further information, please refer to the user manual of the used IO-Link-Master unit. MountingBefore operating the device has to be mounted with the provided M30 nuts or other suitable fixtures, Figure 2. The mounting position of the BF-IDU08 should take respect to a clearance area of about 25cm to workplaces.Setup and OperationThe BF-IDU08 device will operate when connected to an IO-Link-Master that provides power supply and implements the BF-IDU08 RFID-Reader protocol.Device behavior e.g. transmission power or operating modes can be setup via different parameters. Protocol description and available parameters are described in the firmware configuration manual.Status IndicatorsThe device will show its status using RGB LEDs located at the M12 plug. 一种新型UHF RFID读写模块的研制作者:陈志芳吴光荣李昆仑来源:《现代电子技术》2013年第08期摘要:传统的超高频RFID读写模块一般都会对天线驻波比较敏感,当天线回波过大时将导致发射机输出功率泄漏到接收机中能量较多而引起阻塞现象,进而使读写器性能恶化。
在此描述了一种新型超高频读写模块的电路设计,通过在天线与耦合器之间嵌入一种闭环可调谐匹配网络,有效解决了天线驻波失配情况下导致接收机性能蜕化的现象。
实验结果证明采用这种新型模块的读写器无论从读写距离还是多标签处理性能上都获得了较大提升,达到了预期的效果。
关键词:超高频;射频识别;阻塞;灵敏度;驻波比中图分类号: TN911⁃34 文献标识码: A 文章编号: 1004⁃373X(2013)08⁃0068⁃030 引言射频识别技术(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)是指通过检测目标物体对射频电磁场的扰动而获得其相关特征信息的一种探测技术[1]。
经过多年的发展,13.56 MHz以下的技术已经相对成熟,而处于840~960 MHz的超高频(Ultra High Frequency,UHF)RFID技术以读取距离较远、标签成本较低、读取速率快等诸多优势而被广泛关注。
1 超高频RFID系统一个典型的超高频RFID系统通常由读写器、天线和标签3部分构成,如图1所示。
其工作原理如下:读写器首先通过天线向标签发射出电磁波,标签从电磁波中提取工作所需要的能量,电磁波遇到标签等目标后并发生后向散射一部分电磁波到阅读器,阅读器接收解调后向散射电磁波信号以获得标签的数据信息[2]。
它首先是一个双向通信过程:一条链路为读写器到标签的信号,另外一条链路为标签到读写器的信号,只有两条链路都获得通信成功,RFID才算完成了一次有效通信,因而RFID系统实际识别距离由最短的一条链路通信路径距离决定。
根据无线通信中的Friis传输公式[3]:[PtPr=eretλ4πR2DrDt] (1)式中:[Pt]是发射机的发射功率;[Pr]是接收机的接收信号强度;[er]和[et]分别是接收、发射天线的辐射效率;[λ]是工作电磁波波长;R是两个设备之间的距离;[Dr]和[Dt]分别是接收、发射天线的方向性(或者说定向增益)。

工器具智能化管理系统技术方案一、背景介绍劳动现场工具管理要求直接管理,存在管理点多面广,人工清点排查不及时、不准确、劳动强度大的弊端。
频繁发生的系统内工具引发的事件已经引起各级管理的高度重视。
比如目前的机加工项目,工具种类数量多,工具尺寸较大,使用频繁,存放分散,很大程度上加大了管理的难度。
山东瀚岳根据针对劳动工具管理现状,结合十五年的物联网RFID技术的应用实施经验,“量身定制”此RFID劳动工具智能化管理系统解决方案。
二、核心价值通过充分利用该管理系统,加强对工器具的直接管理,形成一套高效实用的工具管理体系,不断提高工具管理的整体水平。
提高了工作效率和工器具管理准确率,减少了人力成本和因人为原因造成的不必要的损失。
三、系统组成RFID应用解决方案系统架构,包含对象层、采集层和应用层;对象层主要是贴标的受控工器具和其使用人员(可选);采集层主要包括固定式RFID数据采集系统和手持式RFID数据采集系统,固定式RFID数据采集系统安装在库房出入口,识别的数据通过局域网与应用层进行通讯,手持式RFID数据采集系统可用来对工器具或人员进行稽查和盘点等,通过WIFI、GPRS或USB与应用层进行通讯;应用层通过与采集层的数据通讯实现各种管理功能。
三、系统功能4.1基础信息4.1.1劳动工具分类此功能用于对劳动工具分类进行增加、修改、删除劳动工具的分类信息。
4.1.2组织机构此功能用于部门的信息进行增加、修改、删除操作。
4.1.3存放位置此功能用于存放位置的信息进行增加、修改、删除操作。
4.1.4基础信息导入此功能用于基础信息的导入,按照给定的模板填写信息,导入系统,实现基础数据的新增和修改操作。
4.2劳动工具管理台账4.2.1劳动工具台账此功能用于对劳动工具台账信息进行增加、修改、删除,劳动工具台账的基本属性和扩展属性,可查看到劳动工具的各个状态。
4.2.2标签发卡发卡功能主要实现:将劳动工具的统一编码写入RFID标签中(也可写入其他编码,系统也可自动生成),作为标签号,同时实标签号与设备信息的一一绑定。

Use a suitable protective cover.• Do not use in a location exposed to radiant heat that would result in temperatures in excess of the product’s specifications.4.3 Installation• Connect the USB connector of the NFC Reader / Writer to the female connector of the USB extension cable and then connect the male connector of the USB extension cable to the PC.• Hold the NFC Reader / Writer near the wireless unit with the side on which the centre point of the antenna is printed facing up and then place it onto the wireless unit with the centre point of the NFC Reader/Writer antenna positioned at the centre point of the wireless unit antenna.• Mounting bracketTo fix the NFC Reader/Writer onto a wireless unit to perform the Read / Write operation, an optional mounting bracket is available.Refer to the operation manual on the SMC website (https:// ) for further details.4.4 Handling precautions• The read/write function may not function correctly depending on the operating environment. In that case, remove and then insert the USB cable.• Use of scan targets (cards) for the NFC reader / writer is the responsibility of the user.• The product may not function properly on a metal desk, such as iron. • If multiple scan targets (cards) are set, this product will not function properly.• Do not apply excessive shock to the product, such as dropping or hitting the product or pulling the cable with force.• SMC accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any damage or loss resulting from data loss or corruption during the use of this product.5 Settings5.1 Upgrade of the firmwareThe firmware of the EXW1-NT1 may need to be upgraded depending on the OS and IC card.
