无国界医生组织无国界医生组织(DoctorsWithoutBorders,MedecinsSansFrontiers——简称MSF)，于1971年12月20日在巴黎成立，是一个由各国专业医学人员组成的国际性的志愿者组织，专门从事医疗援助的人道主义非政府组织，是全球最大的独立人道医疗救援组织。
1999年获得诺贝尔和平奖。

当有危难发生无国界医生在工作中后，“医生无国界组织”先派人员进行实地视察，随即组织队伍及配备出发，特为“无国界医生组织”设计的紧急装备，使医疗队可以立刻展开抢救工作。
“无国界医生组织”的工作不受种族、宗教及政治等因素所影响。
目前全球共有超过两百万的热心人士支持“无国界医生组织”的义举。
无国界医生组织亦坚持自行安排分配救援物资的工作，以保证救济品能直接到达灾民手，“无国界医生组织”逐渐扩大其专业范围，又增加救援项目。
章程无国界医生组织的宪章是：无国界医生的救援行动无分种族、政治及宗教，目标为受天灾、人祸及战火影响的受害者提供援助。
无国界医生严格遵守国际医疗守则，及坚守提供人道援助的权利，并且保持中立不偏之立场。

从江就属于第九世界。
经过搜索,一菲也第一次知道,她所在的杭州,有个叫做“第九世界”的NGO。
有一群年轻人自发地组织起来,默默资助贵州的村民和儿童。
