根据上级指示精神，结合我校实际情况，特制定本制度
一、班级工作管理条例
1 、每班级设班主任一人，班主任人选由教导处推荐责任心强，素质较高，管理能
力较强的教师担任，并报学校。
2 、在班主任的指导下，通过民主选举产生五至八名学生组成班级工作委员会，任
期一般为一学年。
3 、班委会设班长、副班长、学习委员、劳动委员、宣传委员、体育委员、文娱委
员各一人。
4 、班委会在班主任指导下全面负责班级工作。班委会要定期召开会议，分析班级
情况，研究工作措施，并利用周末的班会向学生报告班级工作开展情况，广泛征求学生对班级工作的意见。
5 、班长负责全班的日常工作，并负责布置、检查、督促各委员的工作。
6 、副班长协助班长处理班级的日常工作，班长不在，副班长代理班长的工作。
7 、学习委员负责班级的学习工作，定期召开各科课代表会议或学生代表座谈会，
及时向教务科、任课教师反映学生对学习的意见和要求，督促全班同学按时交送作
业，并认真填写教学日志。
8 、劳动委员负责督促值日生搞好教室、宿舍及环境区的卫生，并组织好每周三的
卫生大扫除。
10 、宣传委员负责班级的宣传报道工作，组织学生每月出一期班级黑板报。
11 、体育委员负责班级学生的体育工作，组织好学生做好早操、课间操，组织好学
生集体活动，班级的整队集合工作。
12 、文娱委员负责班级的文娱工作，根据班级学生的不同业余爱好组建多种兴趣小
组，并定期开展活动，活跃学生的课余生活。
二、课堂管理规定
课堂（包括教室、实验室）是实施教学的主要场所。为保证课堂教学的顺利进行，学生应自觉遵守以下规定：
1、上课不迟到、不早退、不旷课。上课时由任课教师负责点名。
2、教师上下课时要认真听讲，不得喧哗、谈笑。不得看无关的书报或做小动作。
3、教师提问时学生应起立作答。学生提问时，应先举手，经教师允许后再起立发言。
