“周末活动计划”是学生乐于讨论话题,语言的交际性和实用性也都比较强。
建议教师在教学中尽量结合学生的实际情况,创设既符合儿童心理特征又比较自然的活动情景,让学生在情景中学会交际,在交际中学会语言。

Unit 6 An interesting country一单元教学内容简析:本单元的话题是关于一个位于南半球的主要英语国家—澳大利亚。
教师可以结合五年级上册Unit6(My e-friend)中国家名称在词汇导入本单元话题。
本单元的新语法是一般将来时的肯定句,教师可以利用本册Unit 5的be going to结构导入新语法。
为了帮助学生更好的理解和运用一般将来时,教师可以将这一时态与之前学过的一般现在时、现在进行时和一般过去时对比呈现,并设计综合操练活动。
教师可以在课前准备一些关于澳大利亚风土人情的图片和视频,作为拓展内容,丰富学生的视野。
二单元教学要求:1.能正确理解、朗读Story time和Cartoon time,并了解澳大利亚、英国等西方国家的风土人情。

三、教学方法:为了完成教学目标,达到预期的教学效果,突出重点,突破难点,按照学生的认知规律,以学生为主体,传授课本内容,提高学生的注意力,激发学生对英语的兴趣。
课上我会尽可能多的创设各种教学情景,学生自主的学到知识,其中还要穿插学生进行自主调查活动,使学生在玩乐的过程中主动的掌握知识。
四、教学程序设计:合理的安排教学程序是教学成功的关键之一,针对学生的认识状况及本课的教学特点,安排以下四个环节:(一)通过歌曲,进行热身运动。
学生通过歌唱‘Will you join me?’这首歌,达到了热身的效果,使学生的注意力提高,学习兴趣调动起来,很好地进入英语课堂教学。
(二)复习旧知识,推呈新知识。
通过日常的交际用语,复习Part B的词组用句型‘What are /is … going to do this weekend?’,再呈现出今天所要教的句型‘What are we going to do …? We’re going to ….’这一过程都是自然而然的呈现。
(三)学生自主练习句型。
个别学生给一个好的例子,而后只要学生自主用句型‘What are we going to do …? We’re going to ….’进行一定练习就可以了。
