Thank you for purchasing the OMRON RS3 Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor.The OMRON RS3 is a compact and easy to use blood pressure monitor, operating on the oscillometric principle. It measures your blood pressure and pulse rate simply and quickly. For comfortable controlled inflation without the need of pressure pre-setting or re-inflation the device uses its advanced “IntelliSense” technology.Intended UseThis product is designed to measure the blood pressure and pulse rate of people within the range of the designated wrist cuff, following the instructions in this instruction manual.It is mainly designed for general household use. Even when the is displayed, a blood pressure reading will be taken.Note:This reading is NOT reliable due to the incorrectwrapping of the cuff. Please wrap the cuff again, taking care to wrap it correctly and take the measurement again. When the is displayed, the cuff is correctly wrapped tightly enough on the wrist and the reading is accurate and reliable.The monitor automatically stores the measurement in its memory.It will automatically turn off after two minutes.This criteria is for home blood pressure measurement.If the irregular heartbeats cause the measurement to be invalid, no result is shown. If the irregular heartbeat symbol () is shown after you have taken a measurement, repeat the measurement. If the irregular heartbeat symbol () is shown frequently, please make your doctor aware of it.Notes:•Wait 2 - 3 minutes before taking another blood pressure measurement. Irregularheartbeats can influence the results of the measurement. The irregular heartbeat algorithm automatically determines if the measurement is usable or needs to be repeated. If the measurement results are affected by irregular heartbeats but the result is valid, the result is shown together with the irregular heartbeat symbol ().•If you move during measurement, themovement error symbol () will appear on the display. 如果在打开血压计电源的情况下取出电池，日期和时间将会重置为上一次使用时的日期和时间。

记忆值不会被删除。

更换电池后，可能需要重新设置日期和时间。

请参照“设置日期和时间”章节。

本血压计随附电池的寿命可能较短。

设置日期和时间装入电池正确缠绕袖带（在左手缠绕时）本血压计最多可自动存储 90 个记忆值，而且可以根据 10 分钟内测得的最新 3 个记忆值计算出平均值。

读取记忆值查看内存中存储的记忆值 2 秒钟。

10 分钟内的记忆值（最多 3 次) 的平均量时的参考。

注： • 如果该时间段内只有 2 个记忆值， 则将根据这两个记忆值计算平均值。

• 如果该时间段内只有 1 个记忆值， 则直接显示为平均值。

用右手测量时测量血压使手掌朝上，在手腕上缠绕袖带。

在手腕和手掌交界之间空出1cm 2cm （约一根食指左右的宽度）的距离，避免覆盖到尺骨头部分（如图所示）。

将袖带打开后缠绕在手腕上正确测量。

正确测量。

请沿着手腕的形状紧密缠绕，避免手腕和袖带之间产生空隙。

影响测量结果。

手握袖带的端部横向拉开用粘扣带固定袖带发生偏移时，请如图所示将袖带穿过金属环后折回。

右手腕也可测量。

请如图所示佩戴血压计。

如果手腕的高度与心脏未保持在同一高度，则无法准确测量。

请以正确的高度测量。

以下讲解以测量表示单位为 mmHg 为例。

确认测量结果取下血压计按下开始/停止按钮，关机注：要停止测量，在测量的任何时候按开始/停止按钮即可。

松开袖带的粘扣带后，取下血压计。

如果忘记关机，大约 2 分钟后血压计将会自动关闭。

注：••保持放松状态，后背挺直，舒采取正确的坐姿，将臂肘自然地放在桌子上根据测量姿势提示，血压计的高度与心脏高度需要保持一致。

怀孕期间、脉搏无规律和动脉异常等类似影响测量的，请求教你的医生。

测量前避免吃饭、饮酒、吸烟、运动和洗澡。

测量前和测量中应保持平静、放松。

你决不能不听从医生的吩咐而改变所服用的药剂剂量。

将此款血压计保存于温度–20℃至60℃之间的干燥、封闭的地方。

如果3个月或更长时间不使用，请将所有电池从电子血压计中取出。

使用时的劝告一天至少检查你的血压两次（早餐前、工作后）。

当你在车上时，不要测量你的血压。

请始终在同一个手臂上测量血压。

在测量前，将“布袖口”缠好在手臂上。

警告使用环境温度在10℃至40℃。

使用中避免剧烈振动、撞击、磁场、电器干扰及其它。

不可在强烈日光下测量。

测量期间与移动电话保持至少5米远。

不要将“布袖口”缠绕在除手臂之外的其它物品上。

不要将“布袖口”和管子折叠。

不要将OMRON MX3 Plus血压计摔共15页，第1页共15页，第2页落。

布袖口下端与肘关节保持1至2厘米！共15页，第4页⑷捏住布袖口末端，将它绕在手臂上，如左图。

腕式血压计正确使用方法
一、测量注意事项
1、测量前，受测者不能饮用酒、咖啡和浓茶。

同时，受测者还应保持精神放松，最好休息20～30分钟，在安静舒适的环境中进行。

2、测量时请勿走动、聊天、伸缩手和手臂。

測量結東时，袖带中的空气要排空。

二、正确的测量姿势
1．坐在椅子上
（1）左手掌微微张开，将肘部轻置桌面或台面上。

（2）将袖带调整至心脏同等高度。

2. 在床上测量
（1）仰面躺于床上。

（2）将袖带调节至于心脏同高。

三、测量方法
1、将掌心向上，将袖带至于手腕处，使用血压计位于手心同侧。

2、调整袖带，使其边缘距手掌最低处1/4-1/2英寸（约5-10
毫米）。

3、将袖带紧密缠绕在手腕上，使手腕和带子之间不留空隙。

压袖带，使其牢牢固定在手腕处，使袖带贴近皮肤。

注意衣服不要
夹在袖带上。
