HP 6515B死机故障维修一例
客户送来一台惠普笔记本维修,型号是HP 6515B。
2007年9月份买的,根据客户的描述是:这台HP 6515B以前使用都很慢,现在电脑总是死机,就连看网页都死机,就是不进系统,进BIOS呆一段时间也死机,没有预兆。
如果刚开始的话能运行1-2个小时,之后就死机,重启之后也就能用几分钟,硬盘响,死机的时候硬盘灯不亮。
这台HP 6515B笔记本系统已经重装,驱动全都装了。
XP VISTA 都试过。
一样死机。
客户在家里(电脑自动关机)已经清理过电脑内的灰尘,风扇转动也很顺畅,几乎听不到什么噪音。
排除了灰尘过大和散热不良引起的死机。
直接用电源和用电池的效果一样,还是死机。
根据客户的描述,工程师首先把这台HP 6515B的电池电源全部取下,换上全新原装的电池和电源适配器。
再开机使用。
结果故障依旧,死机,没有任何改变。
因为死机时硬盘有声响,所以初步判断这台HP 6515B
死机可能和硬盘或硬盘相关电路有关。
扫描硬盘无坏道,无病毒。
换上全新的硬盘也不起作用。
看来这台HP 6515B十之八九是主板上出故障了。
经客户同意拆开机器检测。
经工程师检测后,最终故障点锁定在主板上的南桥芯片不良上。
它是主板上最大的输入输出控制芯片,几乎直接或间接的管理着硬盘,光驱,USB口等等笔记本上所有的输入输出设备。
故障点确定后,经BGA返修台更换南桥芯片,主板修复。
装机测试,机器运行一切正常,无任何维修后不稳定现象出现。
交付客户使用。
HP 6515B死机故障维修一例。
首先,工具:一把十字小起子,一个废弃的塑卡(废弃的健身卡,会员卡等都可)小六翻身,卸下电池断电。
然后用十字起拧松第一颗螺丝(螺丝是拧不下来的,拧到最松即可):再拧松第二颗螺丝:第三颗螺丝需要把内存盖打开后才能看到,继续拧松:小六可以翻到正面了,把F1左边的,F5左边的,F9左边的,F12右边的四个卡扣往下扒,这时键盘就可以卸了:(注意:如果这时键盘卸不下来,特别是键盘右侧感觉无法松动,是因为你第一颗螺丝没有拧松的缘故)这个时候对菜鸟来说的一个细节是键盘的“辫子”怎么拔的问题咯:看细节,键盘的“辫子”是有个卡扣卡牢的:粗心的同学或许就直接用蛮力拔掉了,这是不对的;应该把咖啡色的卡扣,往自己方向拨一下:这个时候键盘的“辫子”就自动松了,轻松取下键盘:开始卸上面挡板了,该用到塑卡了,从右侧入手,这是最正规的卸法:继续插……开始慢慢用力道,右手食指辅助:小心挡板也有“辫子”:挡板的“辫子”看清楚她长什么样子:怎么卸挡板的“辫子”?双手齐上,用双手的食指的指甲,将“辫子”端卡扣向上提,挡板轻松卸下:这个时候拧下挡板下固定风扇的螺丝:(这个螺丝不是拧松的,而是拧下来的)还有右侧风扇“辫子”和“辫子”旁边的螺丝(这颗螺丝是拧松的,是拧不下来的):风扇的“辫子”直接用指往上抠就好了:卸下了风扇,拿到阳台吹吹清清灰吧:当然散热片也要卸下来:四颗螺丝拧下来(不是拧松,而是拧下来)看到CPU和GUP了吧,拿纸巾把原来硬掉的硅脂清理干净吧:清理了风扇了和散热管,别忘了重新涂上新硅脂,不涂可不是闹得好玩的~如果要换CPU,把右侧一字的螺丝拧90度,CPU就可以拿下来了:OK,怎么卸的,就怎么装回去,特别是挡板的“辫子”和键盘的“辫子”,是新手最容易忽略也是最不知所措的~希望老白的操作能给大家提供方便,省下金牌清灰的费用,自己动手,丰衣足食~。
