爱是什么呢？爱是生命的源泉,爱是教育的根基，没有爱就没有教育。在幼儿教育中，爱更是教育的灵魂和生命，是沟通师生心灵的桥梁，因而也是教育成功的基石。
每天清晨,伴着朝阳,我满怀着关爱迎来了孩子们,他们有的活泼可爱,有的淘气顽皮,有的聪颖,有的天真……无论他来自什么样的家庭,无论他表现如何,我都微笑着善待他们中的每一个。幼儿教师是孩子们人生中接触的第一个老师，是孩子认识世界的启蒙者和引领者，在孩子的成长过程中扮演着重要的角色，不仅仅是传授给孩子们知识和技能，还传授给他们传统的美德和做人的道理，为孩子一生的发展奠定良好的基础。他们稚嫩、好动爱闹、喜怒无常，但是他们是祖国的希望和未来，是父母心中的宝贝，当父母们把孩子稚嫩的小手交付与我时，是对我的信任，对孩子的期盼。给孩子们指引一个美好的未来，既是我的职责，也是我的使命。幼儿启蒙教育是充满生机的过程，是与孩子们心灵的相遇和交流。我们要尊重、热爱每一个幼儿，引导幼儿喜欢幼儿园，在学习中发挥创造性和竞争性，在玩乐中培养幼儿从小发扬中华民族的传统美德，让孩子们在爱的呵护中快乐成长。
