★辨析: be dressed in, wear, have on, be in,dress和put on

总的说来,这些词组都有“穿”的意思,但前面四个都只能表示状态,而dress 与put on只能表示动作,不可以与一段时间连用。

be dressed in, wear, have on, be in都可以接“衣物”,而be dressed in和be in 还可以接某种颜色。

wear还有“蓄留着(发、须);带着(笑容,表情);佩戴(首饰,徽章,佩剑等)”之意,而be dressed in, have on, be in则不可用于这些情况。

be dressed in, have on, be in一般不能用进行时。

dress的宾语一般是sb.。

The opinion concerning this hot topic varies from person to person. Those who try hard to achieve things against all odds(劣势)are regarded as heroes. They are admired for their selflessness, courage, high spirits and perseverance. No one better represents these qualities than Lee Hee-Ah李僖芽, a 22-year-old Korean pianist, born with severe disabilities, including only two fingers present on each hand, short legs under the knees due to a congenital disorder, and mild brain damage. Later at three she had to have the legs below the knees removed.

When she was 7, her mother started her on the piano to train her hands, which at the time couldn’t even hold a pencil. It is not hard to imagine how diligent and persevered(坚持不懈的) she had to be.

Her efforts have paid off. She has played in many solo-concerts along with playing with many well-known artists successfully and has won many contests. She even released an album.
